My legs pain very much in night and it does not make me to sleep upto 4 am. So what should I do suggest me fast.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello, please follow the below recommendations: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair. HONEY and EGG YOLK: Mix honey and egg yolk together and massage on your scalp for 30 minutes. Egg yolk will help stimulate hair growth. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Apply the mixture on your scalp, massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser. OIL MASSAGE: Massaging the scalp with brahmi oil or bhringaraj oil at bedtime can help to prevent hair loss. In addition to the qualities of the oil, the massage itself will improve circulation at the root of the hair, thus bringing more nutrients to support hair growth. FOOD FOR YOUR HAIR: Healthy hair depends upon a nourishing diet. Dairy products such as cheese, milk, and yogurt are beneficial for the hair (assuming you digest them well), as are fruits, green vegetables and white radish. Drinking tender coconut water is also helpful. SESAME SEEDS: Eat a handful of white sesame seeds every morning. One handful of these small seeds contains about 1,200 mg. Of calcium and magnesium and is a good source of nourishment for your hair. HERBS FOR YOUR HAIR: Certain herbs are useful for nourishing the hair. Try this beneficial formula: dashamoola 5 parts bhringaraj 4 parts jatamamsi 3 parts At bedtime, add ½ teaspoon of this mixture to 1 cup of milk, heat to boiling, and drink. This will build up the bones and nourish the hair. MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS: You may also be able to improve the condition of your hair by taking mineral supplements to be sure you have enough calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Take a supplement containing approximately the following daily dose of minerals: calcium 1,200 mg. Magnesium 600 mg. Zinc 60 mg. Take these supplements at bedtime. Hope this helps.

Apply raw amla paste on your scalp and hair. Keep it for one hour. After that wash your hair with mild shampoo. Also take sea same daily one tsp. With water for one month.

Hello Doctor, I feel pain in arms at different points specially elbow, wrists, biceps and triceps. It goes down to hands. I feel electric shock like pain when I lift or pull something with my fingers. Even a cloth. My nerve conduction study is normal. What kind of pain it is? I was initially diagnosed with tennis elbow and tried ultrasonic massage and TENS. Later when pain felt at other points, MRI spine done. There was some problem in C5C6 and my doctor gave me medicines. Etogesic, pregabalin 75mg at night, ultracet semi after breakfast lunch. Took for 2 months. Anti inflammatory when tennis elbow. It's been 5 months and my pain is getting worse.

My hairs are turning gray I've to colour them every time. I once shaved my head and the sight was terrible. There were pinkish bulge all over my head same place where if I rub I get dandruff. Now I'm not sure if it's that or just dry skin but it doesn't look good. What are those pink bulges and why does it secretes sticky oil. Is it my food habits, routine, water? The Pinkish bulges may occur as a result of shaving your head. As the skin of the scalp is not accustomed to shaving, it is soft and may get damaged easily due to harsh treatment with a blade. You can apply Aloe Vera on your scalp for soothing the skin and massage your scalp with almond oil before going to bed. Allow your skin to heal itself.
