Firstly, I would recommend free t3 and free t4 levels rather than total. If you are not symptomatic, may not require treatment but periodic assessment is required.

I am diabetic since last 5 years, what is the best medicine and precautions to it?
There are several means to gain control over your diabetes. Few of them as below: 1. Eating at regular intervals 2. Avoiding foods high in processed and invisible sugar 3. Good sleep hygiene 4. Consistent workouts to be able to give you specific guidelines, we would need to gain a deeper insight into your lifestyle and work with you in greater proximity. Do let me know if you're keen and we could take this prospect forward. Meanwhile, feel free to consult me privately.

The details given show that diabetes is not in good control. Ideally fasting should be about 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c<6.8%. The present treatment needs to be upgraded with additional drugs or change of dosage etc. Plus there has to be a closer look at dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Your bmi is 25.62 kgs /m2 (normal <23 kgs/m2). Hence, it will be good if you come in a private conversation where I can prescribe additional medications and advise dietary changes etc. Thanks.

Suffering from high uric acid pains in wrists knees etc. What is the natural remedy and prevention?

Suffering from high uric acid pains in wrists knees etc. What is the natural remedy and prevention?
As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercies Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks: if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. Dear Doctor,

I am 41 years old & suffering allergy from dry cold flu & chock my nose during rainy seasons since 201...
Regular cold sneezing episodes could could be due to dns (deviated nasal septum) ent opinion and examination required. Your sugar levels are quite well controlled and metformin is first line drug for type 2 diabetes. You should continue that. Take it after breakfast instead so gastric symptoms will be less. Check your hba1c level. Try to keep it near 6.5. It is more reliable test.
