Hello, take sygyzium 1x, 2 tabs twice dailt before meals, morning and night. 1. Take karela jamun ras from swadeshi brand. 2. Powdered cinnamon has the ability to lower blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin activity. It contains bioactive components that can help prevent and fight diabetes. 3. Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Drink the water along with the seeds in the morning on an empty stomach. Follow this remedy without fail for a few months to bring down your glucose level. Another option is to eat two tablespoons of powdered fenugreek seeds daily with milk. Cut down your sugar and salt intake.

you can use benzoyl peroxide 2.5% cream daily at night.dont scratch your pimples else will leave pigmentation & marks.wash your face with salicyic acid facewash.daily at night.

The bacteria that cause decay only eat sugar. Avoid processed foods and beverages that add additional sugar. Brush twice a day. Floss before bedtime.

See if you have taken treatment or followed fertile period to get conceived them you should' not take any tab to postpone your periods. Wait and g you miss periods on 23 then check urine.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear low back pain k liye you can do it perfectly. 1, lying on your stomach, prop yourself up on your forearms. Align your elbows directly under your shoulders. Press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Press your pubic bone forward. You will feel sensations in your lower back, but breathe through it. You are allowing blood flow int from all-fours, bring your right knee behind your right wrist with your lower leg at a diagonal toward your left hip. Square off your hips toward the ground. Bend forward. Widen the elbows and place one hand on top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Hold 2-3 minutes and then switch to the left side for 2-3 minutes. O the lower back for healing. Hold for 1-3 minutes. 2. Lying on your back, bend both knees with the feet flat on the ground. Bend the right knee like a figure four, with the outer left ankle to the right thigh. Lift the left foot into the air, bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. Thread your right hand between the opening of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Hold 2-3 minutes and then repeat on the other side 3scoot your buttocks all the way into the wall and swing your feet up the wall. This pose is excellent for relaxing the muscles of the lower back and drains stagnant fluid from the feet and ankles. Do this pose after a challenging workout and always after traveling by plane. Hold for 5-10 minutes. I hope you will fit and fine. Thanks.

hi vidya!!! head n back pain is common in pregnancy.only your BP should not be high.correct posture is important. use balm for headache.use pain sprays for backache. weight will increase don't worry. indigestion and acidity is also common.avoid fatty n spicy foods.take antacid syrup like digene half hour before meals. start going for a walk daily.you'll feel more active. these simple tips will help you feel better. if not then consult your obstetrician.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity.

I am facing Memory issues where A small distraction making me to lose the thing which am doing, somebody ask me to do something even I have something things to do but when times goes am forgetting it. As a remedy I started noting the points that I have to do in a dairy but I forget to look that dairy. And the weird part is I am feeling sleepy when ever I wore an helmet, I am getting perfect sleep that I monitored it using fitness band, am getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day still why am feeling sleepy? I am not under any stress then what might be the reason for such?

You are under stress but you are not aware of it. In fact the reason you are so sleepy could be due to depression! You must get into some vigorous exercise program everyday and a few other things I recommend here. Stress can foil memory and learning ability. Although concentration is different to memory, they can affect each other. In the meantime do some of the following: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, broccoli, blueberries, fish, coconut oil, wheat sprouts, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling.

I wish to morning exercise is good for health if yes, how many hours can I exercise because I feel tired once I get to work after morning exercise. Also let me know can I consume heavy meals in the night.

Hye. Exercise in the mornings is ideal, but you need to know that exercise on empty stomach in the mornings will drain you out. Also post workout nutrition is crucial. Skipping breakfast, preworkout snack, crashing diet and exercising is just a stress to the body. This way you not only lose energy but gain much more fat. The reason you consume a heavy meal at night is because you are fasting for a really long time. Eat smaller, more frequent meals to avoid a very late and heavy meal.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Thank you.

To overcome pimples you need to reduce hot or pitta increasing foods, like dry fruits. Also, constipation can increase pitta, triphala at all times will reduce constipation & pimples as well. Also, combination of salt & milk should be avoided. Many herbs like manjistha & shirish helps to reduce pimples. Apply himalaya neem face wash & pack daily on your face to reduce pimples.

Suffering from bronchial asthma since childhood i.e. 8 years of age. Of and taking steroids with gaps of few years. Though with Sahajyoga meditation its much better for last 6-7 years but skin allergies and sinus problem has increased. Homoeopathy meditation is helping me now but IBS is troubling. Please advise.

7 Vegetarian Ways to Get Omega-3

Omega-3 fatty acids are extremely beneficial in preventing inflammation in your body and provide significant health benefits. It is important to get a proper source of omega-3 because our bodies do not produce them naturally. Hence, we are dependent on supplements and pills to help provide the necessary amount of omega-3 required.

Unfortunately, fish is considered to be the best source for omega-3 fatty acids making it difficult for vegetarians and people who don’t have a preference for fish to obtain omega-3. There are other ways to include omega-3 in your daily diet, apart from fish, to help your body get the right amount. 


1. Soybeans

Soybeans provide consistent means of getting omega 3 vitamins, as compared to marine life. Since the supply of fish is highly unreliable, it is essential to obtain omega 3 vitamins through a consistent land based means. Soybeans is easier to obtain and grow and has a higher shelf life than fish. 

2. Spinach 

Spinach is one of the most healthiest vegetables to consume, containing high source of protein and fiber. Spinach also has omega 3 vitamins which provide a good alternative for vegetarians. One cup of cooked spinach contains 371mg of omega 3 fatty acids. No wonder spinach is ranked at the top of the world’s healthiest edible items.

3. Walnuts

We have already written about the benefits of walnuts when it comes to dieting and leading a healthy lifestyle. But did you know walnuts also have high omega 3 content? not only do they provide energy because of their high caloric content and keep you feeling full, walnuts provide an alternative means to get omega 3 vitamins if you are feeling a little lazy to cook. 


4. Flax seeds

Flax seeds are a convenient way to get omega 3 and could be consumed in different ways. Although flax seeds contain only one member of the omega 3 fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid, it has the highest amount of omega 3 found in all edible items apart from fish. Flax seeds can be included in pretty much any dish and make it a high source of omega 3 vitamins. 

5. Wild rice

Wild rice is a good substitute for white or brown rice because it contains more antioxidents and is also gluten-free. It has high omega 3 content and is also a much healthier substitute to white rice. Although wild rice is not as readily available as white or brown rice, because of its high nutritional value, it is recommended to include it as part of a healthy lifestyle. 

6. Basil

Surprisingly, basil is one of the many herbs found to have high source of omega-3. It also has several significant health benefits because of the anti-oxidants present in them. The anti-oxidants helps in preventing aging by helping your body fight against oxidative stress

7. Kidney beans

Kidney beans are a great addition to any dish providing it with unique flavour and texture. Although it doesn’t compare to fish in omega-3 content, it provides adequate amount to help your health significantly. It also is a great source of fiber, which helps prevent any digestive problems. Include kidney beans in your diet.

Hello Dear,According to Ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation. The factors responsible for building bones are also responsible for the hair re-growth. Ayurveda doctors believe that early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can make the person start losing hair. We loose hair after a certain growth and new hair replaces the older one, which means recycling of hair. Hair loss means losing more hair than you naturally lose. As our hair grows under a natural process, so we can take care of growth only by natural resources and methods.
