Hello lybrate-user ji if the creatinine level is raised it will cause problem so tell your brother to avoid proteins in diet, drink plenty of water to eliminate by products from body n the stone will also be eliminated through urine. U can ask for further information.

Natural Fast Food is good for Health

Natural fast food consists of eating fruits, vegetables, milk products, sprouts and sattu. On the contrary, unnatural fast food, also called as junk food, is bad for the health of the heart as it is made up of refined ?bad? carbohydrates and either animal ?bad? fat or trans fats.

Sattu is a grounded roasted powder of soaked pulses and cereals. It is consumed along with fruit slices, gur or milk. Green chili, lemon juice and salt can be added to add flavor.

The commonest form of sattu is grounded roasted black gram or chana. Other common variety is grounded roasted black gram with barley.

Originally, sattu was made of seven Anaja (7 cereals, millets and pulses). The seven ingredients are maize and barley (cereals), black gram, pigeon gram or Arhar, green pea, khesari dal and kulath dal (pulses).

Sattu is a high fiber diet with low sugar producing properties. It is a cooling and refreshing fast food with anti-diabetic and anti?obesity properties.

It is a full breakfast, mid day or lunch meal and contains minerals and vitamins.

Sattu drink can be sweetened by adding gur or honey, sour by adding lemon and salted by adding black or rock salt. Roasting is one of the best forms of cooking. Sattu is both a fast food and a soft drink for the summer but healthy.

The so?called energy drinks available in the market are harmful as they contain three times the caffeine content of coffee or tea.

If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again.

Hi! As it is already around 4 days after fall, and only bruise is the symptom nothing to worry as it will take around 10 days to clear up. Can give cold compress three times a day for around 10 to 15 minutes. If any other symptoms like excruciating pain or restriction in moment pls consult. Take care.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash do not use hard water.

You need immediate cardiologist consultation. I suspect there is blockage in blood supply to those fingers if not opened urgently you may have risk of losing your fingers.

Hi .myself Shivam I have oily skin I am not using any sought of moisturizer or any cream on face from last 3 month , but I heard that oily skin needs to be moisturized . its a natural glow skine has because of oil. no need to use any cream to stop oil production. can keep washing ypur face 2 to 3 tines a day with fresh tap water and wipe with clean soft towel.

Hello lybrate user tell your mom to take regular massage with bala taila before warm bath. Dashamularista 15 ml with equal water 2tms a/m. Tab yogaraj guggulu 2-0-2 a/m for 8wks. Balanced diet should be taken regularly.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are quite young and if your problem is only mild to moderate backache with no other symptoms like leg pain, numbness, weakness or paresthesias in legs, thn I will advise you: to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - hot fomentation can be done at home with bottle or diathermy belts - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc but if your symptoms are not improving after 6-8 weeks of proper structured conservative management, then it is advisable to get investigations done so that we can see your spine. You can control your blood sugar levels in normal acceptable range with diet control, regular exercise and medicines you will be able to lead almost normal life. Take help of local physician.

Dear, Fissure is not a disease but a lifestyle problem. Leading to constipation.Everytime fard faeces is passed it either reativates or recurres. Following advce will help: 1. High fibre diet. 2.Plenty of water. 3.Take Isabgol power 3-4 teaspoonful in a glass oa water at night. 4.Take emolient laxative. 5. Apply dome sort of local applicaiob in side anus before toilet. 6. Hello a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I have been through depression since last year after my father passed away. I get angry to such an extent that I could harm someone but somehow I am able to control it and I lost my confidence and I am not able to concentrate on things.I want to go to a psychiatrist but I am not able to due to some social causes. How could I can get rid of it at home?

You may not need a psychiatrist as yet. However, you describe your plight very well. You have what is called an anger-related depression. This is how it works: if you are angry about something and you feel that it cannot or you cannot resolve it, then you will turn the feeling inwards. Anger is pure energy, it wants to and seeks to vent itself outwards. Unexpressed feelings will then turn inwards and stifle your natural energy to make you feel depleted and lead you into depression. Now it is not possible to suppress this held up feeling for long and one day (which has not yet arrived but you are clearly struggling to contain its expression) it will come in the form of an outburst and you will be completely out of control. This can have serious repercussions and sometimes cause irreparable damage. You will be so embarrassed that you will sink into further depression which will lead to chronic states with more severe outcomes that I don?t wish to name. You must talk to someone about your anger (probably related to your father?s death) ? a counselor is quite adequate. About doing it yourself, if you commit yourself then exercise is the best holistic medicine. Good vigorous workout and aerobic in nature for at least 30 minutes with make the brain produce natural antidepressants called tryptophan. If you did it continuously for 21 days, you will develop a new habit and when you keep at it for 7 more weeks it will be somewhat firmly entrenched. You still need to talk to someone.

Hi, gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion. Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (wsg), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. After meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. Avoid heavy spicy and oily food, pickles. 6. Bc no. 04, 5- 6 tabs with warm water, at night before sleep. Revert me after 7 days.
