You get stiffness in your back is due to your muscle weakness. Also exercises are not same for everyone. Do back strengthening exercises. So avoid forward bending exercises. Also do yogasana specific for back pain. Chewing liquorice can help to reduce sore throat.

What should I do to get early sleep I mean I vl become unconscious after 30 or 1 hour after I slept.
Tips for Better Sleep 1. Power Down The soft blue glow from a cell phone, tablet, or digital clock on your bedside table may hurt your sleep. Tip: Turn off TVs, computers, and other blue-light sources an hour before you go to bed. Cover any displays you can't shut off. 2. Nix Naps You’ll rest better at night. But if you have to snooze while the sun's up, keep it to 20 minutes or less. Nap in the early part of the day. Tip: Overcome an afternoon energy slump with a short walk, a glass of ice water, or a phone call with a friend. 3. Block Your Clock Do you glance at it several times a night? That can make your mind race with thoughts about the day to come, which can keep you awake. Tip: Put your alarm clock I 4. Try a Leg Pillow for Back Pain Your lower back may not hurt enough to wake you up, but mild pain can disturb the deep, restful stages of sleep. Put a pillow between your legs to align your hips better and stress your low back less. Tip: Do you sleep on your back? Tuck a pillow under your knees to ease pain. 5. Put Your Neck in 'Neutral' Blame your pillow if you wake up tired with a stiff neck. It should be just the right size -- not too fat and not too flat -- to support the natural curve of your neck when you're resting on your back. Do you sleep on your side? Line your nose up with the center of your body. Don’t snooze on your stomach. It twists your neck. Tip: Use good posture before bed, too. Don't crane your neck to watch TV. 6. Seal Your Mattress Sneezes, sniffles, and itchiness from allergies can lead to lousy shut-eye. Your mattress may hold the cause. Over time, it can fill with mold, dust mite droppings, and other allergy triggers. Seal your mattress, box springs, and pillows to avoid them. Tip: Air-tight, plastic, dust-proof covers work best. 7. Save Your Bed for Sleep and Sex Your bedroom should feel relaxing. Don’t sit in bed and work, surf the Internet, or watch TV. Tip: The best sleep temperature for most people is between 68-72 degrees. 8. Set Your Body Clock Go to sleep and wake up at roughly the same time every day, even on weekends. This routine will get your brain and body used to being on a healthy snooze-wake schedule. In time, you'll be able to nod off quickly and rest soundly through the night. Tip: Get out in bright light for 5 to 30 minutes as soon as you get out of bed. Light tells your body to get going 9. Look for Hidden Caffeine Coffee in the morning is fine for most people. But as soon as the clock strikes noon, avoid caffeine in foods and drinks. Even small amounts found in chocolate can affect your Zzzz's later that night. Tip: Read labels. Some pain relievers and weight loss pills contain caffeine. 10. Work Out Wisely Regular exercise helps you sleep better -- as long as you don’t get it in too close to bedtime. A post-workout burst of energy can keep you awake. Aim to finish any vigorous exercise 3 to 4 hours before you head to bed. Tip: Gentle mind-body exercises, like yoga or tai chi, are great to do just before you hit the sack. 10. Don’t drink anything in the last 2 hours before bed. If you have to get up at night, it can be hard to get back to sleep quickly. Tip: Keep a nightlight in the bathroom to minimize bright light. 14. Lower the Lights Dim them around your home 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. Lower light levels signal your brain to make melatonin, the hormone that brings on sleep. Tip: Use a 15-watt bulb if you read in the last hour before bed. 15. Hush Noise Faucet drips, nearby traffic, or a loud dog can chip away at your sleep. And if you're a parent, you might be all too aware of noises at night long after your children have outgrown their cribs. Tip: Use a fan, an air-conditioner, or a white noise app or machine. You can also try ear plugs. 16. Turn Down Tobacco Nicotine is a stimulant, just like caffeine. Tobacco can keep you from falling asleep and make insomnia worse. Tip: Many people try several times before they kick the habit. Ask your doctor for help. 17. Beds Are for People A cat's or a dog's night moves can cut your sleep short. They can also bring allergy triggers like fleas, fur, dander, and pollen into your bed. Tip: Ask your vet or animal trainer how you can teach your pet to snooze happily in its own bed. 18. Free Your Mind Put aside any work, touchy discussions, or complicated decisions 2 to 3 hours before bed. It takes time to turn off the "noise" of the day. If you’ve still got a lot on your mind, jot it down and let go for the night. Then, about an hour before you hit the sack, read something calming, meditate, listen to quiet music, or take a warm bath. Tip: Even 10 minutes of relaxation makes a difference. 19. Use Caution with Sleeping Pills Some sleep medicines can become habit-forming, and they may have side effects. Ideally, pills should be a short-term solution while you make lifestyle changes for better Zzzz's. Ask your doctor what’s OK. 20. Know When to See Your Doctor Let her know if your sleeplessness lasts for a month or more. She can check to see if a health condition -- such as acid reflux, arthritis, asthma, or depression -- or a medicine you take is part of the problem.

Hello, you should take homoeopathic medicines also along with your recent medication. Take sygyzium 1x, 2 tabs twice dailt before meals, morning and night. 1. Take karela jamun ras from swadeshi brand. 2. Powdered cinnamon has the ability to lower blood sugar levels by stimulating insulin activity. It contains bioactive components that can help prevent and fight diabetes. 3. Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Mr. Sitapati lybrate-user, There are a lot of benefits claimed about honey and lemon juice. It is very difficult to scientifically substantiate all those. Basically lemon juice has a fair amount of vitamin C, plus honey is basically similar to sugar, with some antioxidant properties. If one wants this can be had. In case of a diabetic person quantity honey has to be very limited because it is just sugar. Thanks.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

You might have acidity. Both these symptoms are also due to exposure to cold or gas in the abdomen. Sometimes also if blood pressure increases. For the time being, eat light, drink warm water and avoid cold. If not better by tomorrow afternoon, revert.

MY PROBLEM: Hello doctor I am 20 years, I feel a painless line starting from the lower side part of the left testicle and goes upwards and Crosses upper epididymis Sometimes there is testicular pain. And a skin which it might be attached to the vasdeference feels pain full while holding it. Here is my report ULTRA SOUND OF SCROTUM:- Right scrotal sac- Right testicle is normal in size, shape and echotexture. No SOL/echodifferinf lesion seen. mediastinum testis is visualised and appears normal. MINIMUM COLLECTION IS SEEN IN RIGHT TVT. The head of the right epididymis appears normal. No abnormal vascular structure seen in epididymis. Scrotal skin thickness on right side is normal. Left scrotal sac- Left testicle is normal in size, shape and echotexture. No SOL/echodifferinf lesion seen. mediastinum testis is visualised and appears normal. MINIMAL FREE FLUID IS SEEN IN LEFT TVT. The head of the right epididymis appears normal. No abnormal vascular structure seen in epididymis. Scrotal skin thickness on right side is normal. The Median raphae is normal in thickness. IMPRESSION- * B/l minimal hydrocele. I feel a painless line starting from the lower side part of the left testicle and goes upwards and Crosses upper epididymis Sometimes there is testicular pain. And a skin which it might be attached to the vasdeference holds pain Is there any involvement of tumor or cancer? Is it a median raphae or something else?

Drink 3-4 litres of water daily, it will help in long run. If required take one tab meftal spas after eating something and 1 tab pan 40 empty stomach daily for 15 days. You are welocme for further queries. If needed get ultrasound of whole abdomen done and come back with report.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

This fluid coming out is semen .Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that contains sperms. It is secreted by the sexual glands. Semen coming out at night is also called Night fall or Nocturnal emission or Wet dreams. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. It does not cause any physical harm or weakness.

Small bump does not sound like a threat. If it looks scary to you, it has been changing colors, has a different appearance from rest of the bumps or increasing in size, you should consukt a doctor. Some bumps can be due to an ingrowth, some are just there for no reason, etc. If it is just another bump, no need to worry.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
