Pcod itself is due to weight gain in most of the cases. You have to change dietary habits. Avoid junk foods, reduce weight, eat salads, high protein diet, stop eating sweets, rice, go for walking. Yes, you have to take medicines. I am not sure whether ayurvedic medicine will work. It is hormonal problem. Ovary is full of tiny follicles.

I want to increase my hight I had tried many product but it don't workout what can I do.
There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Dear Doctor, I am thirty years old and have been suffering with the problem of frequent urination for several years. I could not go to a doctor because of some responsibilities. But now the problem has become persistent causing me go to bathroom each 15 minutes. Through USG process I have come to know that I have a grade-II fatty liver with other organs being in normal condition. I have gone through blood and urine tests. But there is no problem of diabetes, urea and creatinine. What else can be my problem?

Dear lybrate-user Nothing to worry. I am sure you will be definitely happy if you follow my advise. Stop taking nonveg if you are non vegetarian. Stop Alcohol if you consume. Stop taking hardly digestible ,spicy more oily food. Do meditation regularly with exercise .Take following Soubhagya Shunthy (Baidyanath company) 2Teaspoon morning and evening with water. Arogya vardhini 2tabs morning and evening twice daily with water. Review after one month. Take with good faith you will be alright. Don't think much.

Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

its symptoms of viral fever.To prevent cold: -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. -Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Dear Lybrate user, In this teen age it is very common due to harmonal changes. Dip a cotton ball in the lemon juice and dab it generously on the dark spots. Leave it to air dry. Once dried, rinse with lukewarm water. Do it twice a day for one month. Control yourself. Keep yourself in other jobs.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

I got married in 2004, after delivery in 2005, I was couldn't be normal again physically and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. In 2007, on being very anxious in the night before sleep sometimes I used to have a little sneezing like jerk (Myclonic jerk) once in couple of months, after a couple of jerks they used to subside on their own. Then due to family conflict and stress, like my husband unemployment and son health, I was the the only one taking care of husband health (severe weight loss and depression) and working to support family financially. In late of 2011 I started having mood swing, quarrels and started treatment for depression. And since summer of 2014 had stated hallucinations and later it leading to couples high phases every year. A.lot of doctor were consulted, each one was tried for at least 6 months, but high phases kept on repeating. Finally got a final stamp of Bipolar and Lithium was also tried since may 2016 for more than 6 month, but again 2 high phase returned, so no respite. So in 2015, I used all my leaves, in 2016, I took break from work so was on long term leaves, and I have to join office soon, so so not know what to do? I get up around 11/12 clock in noon, without headache, dizziness etc and unable to standup properly, so can't work anymore.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Hello lybrate-user, drinking whether it is beer or alcohol, is in any manner not good for health. Taking 3 cans of beer on monthly basis is not going to make you sick* *conditions apply:-) works outs not decide whether you are not going to be sick or not with beer intake. It depends mainly on your body constitution. First of all go to an ayurvedic doctor and have a detailed study on your body type. Your genetics. Then you can make a final decision on this topic. Ie how much, what all you can. In which season you can. Everything.
