Each date has 20 calories. Dates have low Glycemic Index hence they can be taken by a diabetic person. Upto 5 per day should be okay. They have good fiber hence will help in digestion.

It has also approved one natural low-calorie sweetener, stevia. ... “Non-nutritive sweeteners are far more potent than table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup.Although some sugar substitutes do not add calories or carbohydrate, many do. Hand practice a week 4 times benefit & side effect pls doctor treatment on hand practice pls tell these.
Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly.

I can't take food enough because of my eating capacity is very poor, so suggest to increase.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I can't take food enough because of my eating capacity is very poor, so suggest to increase.
Hello lybrate-user! your eating capacity may have been diminished because the breakdown of foods (metabolism) may not be happening properly. Do you exercise? it would be best to begin aerobic exercises, something which boosts your metabolism, thus helping you to feel hungry.

I have pcod and I usually have irregular periods. I had my last period around 29th January and before that around 27th December. I did#25;t get any period after that. I had oral sex with my boyfriend on 5th march and he rubbed his genitalia on my vagina and used his finger that may or may not have his ejaculation. He was wearing a condom. I took an ipill 3-4 hours after intercourse. I got my periods for two months for 4-5 days and I took two pregnancy test both were negative. I haven’t had any intercourse after that. But recently I have been feeling very tired and sleepy. I have gained weight and I’m having cravings. Can I still be pregnant after all this? If not what is the possible reason for above problems?

Delayed period is very common with PCOD. So If you have PCOD then following guidelin. Get USG done for diagnosisYou need Life style modification for PCOD for whole life, You should do physical activities like brisk walking or cycling or any activities which leads to perspiration daily for one hour. Start doing for 5 minutes in first week, 10 minutes in 2nd week, 15 minutes in 3rd week. within 2-3 months you will reach to your target of doing exercises for one hour/day. You have to control taking high carbohydrate and lipid diet daily. E.g. If you want to take one SAMOSA or One Gulabjambu or one pizza or ice cream, you have to do extra workout for 30-60 minutes over above the daily one hour of daily exercises then only you can eat extra calories food otherwise not. So controlling calories intake and daily burning calories regularly wil help to loos one kg/month- slow and steady control over long period. With PCOD if your BMI remain between 20 to 25 everything will be fine otherwise you will develop Gestational diabetes duri.
