Hi lybrate-user, do not panic. It can be gastritis. First do ecg and send me picture and report ill help you best. Do drin plenty of water and avoid spicy and oily food till I say k. Tc.

Hello lybrate-user, it is normal to loose hair as the age advances. If she is very keen on stopping the hair fall, she can apply trichup hair oil on her scalp twice a week and take tablet bi to zed forte one tablet once a day for a month.

Dear, thanks for contacting us, I sincerely feel that you do not require any hair transplantation. We suggest medicines and prp treatment. Both are useful. They are useful mainly to prevent hair loos & regrowth also, when there is thinning of hair. Don't worry take one beet root daily take 4to5 dates daily sleep early and wake up early do regular pranayam and yoga go for morning walk in greenery, run fast can do gym but regular walk, yoga, pranayam are must take cap ashwagandha 1 1 cap shilajeet 1 1 re consult after 30 days for further advice.

Hye. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Choose foods low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your health includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  All seasonal fruits are great. Vegetables ― try something new each week, as per season. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. Calcium-rich foods ― not only milk but curd, paneer or nuts and seeds and some vegetables and pulses too. A new twist on an old favorite ― if your favorite recipe calls for frying fish or breaded chicken, try healthier variations using baking or grilling.
