I want to gain my weight, plzz give me any suggestions, I tried too much but no use at all.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5.Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Follow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes and apple in mid morning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds and salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer follow this diets for one months properly.

There is one way to make your skin colour fairer naturally. It includes flowing things: Consume plenty of fresh seasonal fruits daily for a year. Take plenty of green vegetable dishes along with lot of salad. Consume extra amount of carrots or carrot juice. Consume green tea. Do regular exercises or physical activity like morning evening walks Apply sunscreens on exposed parts or cover with clothes. Take milk at night and curd and paneer in day times with meals. This will make your colour fairer in 8-9 months. If you have sun induced darkness (tanning) on face or arms or you have developed acquired dark spots or pigmentation (it should not be by birth), you may get relief from them by Benoquin 2% cream applied twice daily on affected parts for 2-3 months. Natural colour will be restored but not fairer than that. Apply cream under medical supervision only.

1. Avoid sweets, sugar/honey,/excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet, all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato,(sweet potato is good for diabetes, bakery item processed food 2. Avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal, jackfruit, grape etc. Can haveapple/pear/ papaya/guava/ jamun/ mausami 3. Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. 4. Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. Avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. 5. Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink, include more fiber in the diet like pulse/green leafy vegetables, legume 6. Adhere to a proper diabetic diet after consulting dietitian.

Apply good sunscreen like photostable sunscreen gel/ sunmate sunscreen etc. - apply 2.5-3 ml sunscreen single application for whole face - repeat sunscreen every 3-4 hours till sunlight hours (up to 6 pm) - cover the face or wear cap/ hat while going out in sun - increase intake of food rich in vitamin c.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

Your BMI is 22.15 that means you have perfect weight for your height. Why do you want to add more weight. That will lead to getting a tummy and after few days you will be asking question on'how to reduce weight' If you are trying to build muscles then do it through exercise. Food will not give you muscles. I will suggest - do regular Exercise. Eat healthy food. Be confident of yourself the way you are. And Be Happy.

Hello lybrate user- hair fall occurs due to following reasons, so first try not to do them- 1) excess use of shampoo, hair dye, zel, hair cream. 2) lack of hair oiling. C) late night waking. 4) spicy and junk diet. Try these ayurvedic remedies- a) tab kesham 1 twice daily. B) narsingha rasayana 1 tsp twice daily. C) brahmi hair oil daily use. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Mood swings need not be confused with normal day to day mood swings. We do get angry, sad or happy every day. Such type of mood swings are normal. But if the mood swings are severe, you need to get yourself assessed for mood disorder or depression. I suggest online assessment, counseling and if required, psychotherapy. Take care.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Nowadays its bcause of your profession and improper posture you had a chance of getting pain. So please correct your posture such that your spine must be always in straight erect position. Then start stretch your spinal muscles and abs. Keep icing for relaxing your muscles, sttegthen your back and abs muscles.

My husband is 50 years old. He has suddenly lost interest in sex or unable to get erection last 2yrs. Is this normal at this age or something to be concerned. This is making him anxious to try. Majority of the patients like your husband have erectile dysfunction secondary to long standing diabetes, stress, so he needs to be evaluated to find out the cause. Meanwhile while control diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension avoid smoking and alcohol. Exercise atleast one hour a day stress test to rule out cardiac disease if necessary, consult andrologist.

Benefits of beet juice

Reverses chronic diseases

The raw oxalic acid in beet juice is known to be a good solvent of inorganic (= bad) calcium deposits in the body. The World no 1 raw food teacher David Wolfe suspects that inorganic calcium deposits are the main cause of most chronic diseases. This may explain why beet juice relieves many cases of disease related to calcification in the body, like:

Arthritis
Heart disease
Cancer
Kidney stones

Therefore, beet juice benefits anemia reversal. (to treat anemia, it is important to also have enough vitamin b12 which is found mostly in animal food and some sea algae e. G. (e3 live and marine phytoplankton))

Liver health

The betaine is one of the huge benefits of beet juice. It stimulates the function of liver cells and protects the liver and bile ducts. Beet fiber increased production of detoxifying enzymes in the liver (sod, catalase, glutathione).

After a good sleep at night, in the morning I find my nose blocked with mucus and I am unable to breath through nose. After clearing the mucus I feel better and gradually it becomes normal. Kindly suggest how can I get rid of this mucus problem?
