1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc How to Control Masturbation 1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3.Eat healthy diet 4.Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5.Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6.Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7.develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation (1-2 times/week) 9.Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 10. First set your mind for sex, it's a pleasurable act not a burden. Don't think about too much before sex about your performance. Avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety. Avoid negative pressure of performance in sex. You both are partners, Share your feelings to each other before act, try good and long foreplay. It will remove your anxiety and you will feel comfortable. Do exercise regularly to increase your physical strength. Watch your food habit and correct it. Avoid Smoking and Alcohol consumption. Try Breathing exercise, and Try breathing pattern during sex, Take long deep breath and maintain your pattern during whole act, it will help in long lasting sex.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. T2 DM fortunately is a preventable disease, provided one adapts a modified lifestyle. Following are the steps you need to take to prevent from progressing to diabetes from being a pre-diabetic. 1) Maintain normal weight, in your case it is 70 kgs. Looking at your height. However, we look at BMI then to achieve a BMI of 23 kgs/M2, your weight has to 67 kgs. Plus waist line should be <90 cms. Present BMI is 28.37 kgs/M2. 2) Regular exercise of more than 1 hour a day, which should include aerobics and resistance training 3) Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and foods made out of maida. Also avoid foods containing sweet corn syrup. 4)Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads. Also eat good amount of fruits every day. 5) Use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. 6) Refrain from alcohol and smoking. If these steps are meticulously followed, there is a good chance of preventing progression to T2 DM. Thanks.

There is no harm in masturbation. If you are feeling that masturbation is interfering with your normal functioning, you can do same work: 1. Improve your social life by spending more time with friends and relatives,not alone. 2. Keep your mind active and busy 3. Have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables. 4. Avoid fast foods / smoking & alcohol. 5. Keep away stress, 6 avoid porn etc 7. Think positive.

Headaches can be troublesome and hamper the day to day activities. It does not let you concentrate on anything and the simmering pain can be irritating.

Headache is a pain in any part of the head, including the scalp, upper neck, face (including the eye area). A primary headache is caused by problems with or overactivity of pain-sensitive structures in your head. A primary headache isn't a symptom of an underlying disease.

The three most common causes of a primary headache are:

  1. Migraine
  2. Cluster headache
  3. Tension-type headache

Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including:

  1. Changes in sleep or lack of sleep
  2. Skipped meals
  3. Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates
  4. Alcohol, particularly red wine
  5. Poor posture
  6. Stress

How to deal with headache:

  1. Find your Triggers: Find and limit your triggers like certain food types as well as stress and certain seasonal changes. Stepping out in the summer with an umbrella and avoiding caffeine or too much of chocolate and cheese can also help in alleviating the pain. Stress is also a major factor that contributes to headaches and should be avoided in order to prevent or stop the pain.
  2. A Soothing Break: Find a quiet place with dim lighting to take a break that should ideally last at least half an hour to one hour, or even more. This will help in diminishing and removing the pain. You can also use a cold compress and get yourself a massage.
  3. Take an Over the Counter Drug: Taking an over the counter drug for instant pain relief can stop the pain and give temporary or long term relief, depending on the kind of headache you are experiencing. It is advisable to speak with a doctor before taking any kind of drug.

Normal Uric acid levels are 2.4-6.0 mg/dL (female) and 3.4-7.0 mg/dL (male). Normal values will vary from laboratory to laboratory. 6.2 is not very high. Drink more water and less caffeine or alcohol. ... Stop eating purine loaded animal proteins. ... Eat a diet low in sodium and processed foods

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.
