You need to keep your mouth always clean by brushing twice daily. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash. You may have pyria. Consult a dentist for professiinal cleaning and scaling to remove plaque and tarter. You can opt for dental implant or partial denture. Take care about hygine of your mouth.

I am 23 years old male and have knee joint pain in right leg. I tried lots of exercises and medicine but not a positive result I get any time. popping like sound coming from knee joint continuously whenever I bend my leg. Goodevening sir I have understood your question. What I would advice you to do is firstly take a session of 10 days of physiotherapy ultrasound treatment for your knee. Then continue with cold and hot packs daily for about 15 mins. After this your exercising should be in the right way. Please follow my steps for good knee stabilty as I list the exercises below, > isometric quadriceps exercises - that is you should press your knee own on a towel and hold for 10 seconds and then release. > place a rolled towel under your heel and press your heel down on the towel. Place your heel down for 10 seconds and then release. > then squeeze a towel in between your knees for 10 seconds. > lie down and raise your leg upto 45 degrees and not more than that and hold for few seconds. > do 10 knee bending exercises. All these exercises as I have listed below will help you to improve knee strength and stability. You must also be assure to do these exercises daily. Precautions to be taken - - kindly wear a knee cap on both your knees whenever you are going to play. This will protect your knee from any further damages and injury. - next after every game that you play (football) you should take an ice pack for your knee. The popping up sound that your hearing is due to the two joints rubbing against each other. Please follow the advice so that you achieve good health.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.Do share investigation reports if you have any.

Pain is mostly because of osteoarthritis at this age. Depending on the stage and severity he will need physiotherapy, exercise, knee cap, intra articular injection. If there is too much involvement of joint in x ray he may need total knee replacement as definitive treatment.

For young people you actually don't need any special diet after a fracture. Although food rich in calcium is recommended. Milk and milk products plus green vegetables will help. Remember that a doctor can only stabilize a fracture but it will join by itself.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

Dear sir get one x-rays l-s spine ap/lateral do hot fomentation for at least half an hour with lukewarm water. Local application of muscle relaxant gel. Use of the muscle relaxant medicine under guidance of orthopaedic surgeon. Check serum vitamin d level.
