Dear,you need not worry about your gaining weight . As you are 21 , your wt will be increased slowly as per your diet . And more over the Banana with milk diet will increase the weight. It is confirmed.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hi eat small frequent meals at regular intervals. Include high calorie foods, protein rich foods like pulses and sprouted legumes, milk and milk products, soy and soyfoods, dry fruits and nuts in your diet. Strength training under supervision is advisable. Take proper rest. These tips will help you gain weight.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Hello Age of my wife is 24 year and weight 44 kg and height of her 5 feet 1 inch. Mr. lybrate-user ask your wife to take regular meals which are mostly rich in fibres. She can include options like milk+ musseli or Ask her to have thick shakes like banana shake, mango shake, etc. For constipation tell her take 1 bowl of papaya early in the morning and luke warm water with lemon. She can also include salad atleast 2 times in a day. Include paneer, soya in her diet. Team Nutrihealth.

Hello, to gain healthy weight, try to have 5 -6 frequent meals instead of only 3 heavy meals in a day. Try to eat every 2 -3 hours. Include dry fruits, milkshakes, rice, rajma, chole, pulses, eggs, paneer, cheese sandwiches, sweets in your daily diet. Add an extra chapati to your meals.

Intially you need to configure two things:- your metabolism rate and medical tests to be done (to get assure that there is no medical problem). As per your metabolic rate you can start doing some of exercise. (either passive or active). Take proper meal at 2 hourly interval). Try not to skip your meal. Stress is also a big reason for weight gain. Don't take mych of stress. Take high fiberous food in your diet.

Hello User thanks for the query, it's take complete details and information to cure successfully any case. Unani And Ayurveda works magical in harmonal cases due to it's efficacy in balance the harmony of body. For further information and details you can consult online. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Add certain foods to your regular diet to gain weight. - Replace your tea and coffee with two glasses of milk each day. - Eat bananas or drink banana milk shake. Drinking fruit juices containing glucose can increase your calorie intake.
