Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Add amla in diet and do 30mints of exercise and deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right.

Do not worry lalit your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic medicine. I am advising you following remedy Mix together equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves, and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. Chew a small piece of jaggery after lunch and dinner. Repeat until acidity subsides. It will surely help you.

Hi... If you just eat more and don't exercise, then only stomach will grow. Make sure that you exercise regularly and make yourself fit and strong. If you can go to gym, do weight training.. else buy two dumbells and use it regularly at home to build shoulders. Don't compare your body to others. Be confident of yourself. Fitness is important, bulk is not important.

Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Sir from today morning 3: 30 I woke up and felt that something wrong going on in my stomach. So I a glass of water. But after that I was unable to sleep and started vomiting. It might be due to some indigestion problem caused by some bad food. Take ORS instead of plain water as it will help to correct the dehydration. Medicine:- Ars.alb. 30 one dose every 3 hours ( its a homoeopathic medicine) You will be alright in evening.

I need a satisfied answer I changed the college due to not fit for environment and adjustment problem at chennai for 11 months I applied for medical college at top most university at south as well as india due to mentally and physically torcher by students out there got ragged also I was alone no body to talk at all. All were tamilains and malyalams and I was a north east boy who they dominant they hate us I do not know why people of india think us so different we are to humans begins and indian to so due that stress my health problem start build up chest pain though im non smoker and drinker every day headache lots of negative senses were killing me so now decided to shift at kolkata but I do not why from inside some thing is itching why I my mind is saying you should stay there by the people of locality and friends they are telling me you should adjust there by this its killing me I changed coz my health was not so good and mentally was not fit there please I want to know thay did I do right choice changing the college form chennai to kolkata im shifting now for the same field at medical course please tell me give me guidance every time I think about that college and fell guilty about if I adjust there the things could be different in other way I think about my health for medical student what is good for please guide did I did right or wrong.
