Your history regarding pain location is not enough to provide a satisfactory answer. If your left jaw (considering left lower jaw is paing without any dental or oral problem, even your age is 30 but a cardiac pain can't be rulled out (angina pectoris) so be specific. It can be as simple as exercise related sprain. Thank You.

Tooth Coloured Fillings

BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
Tooth Coloured Fillings
Composite resins, or tooth-colored fillings, provide good durability and resistance to fracture in small- to mid-size fillings that need to withstand moderate pressure from the constant stress of chewing. They can be used on either front or back teeth. They are a good choice for people who prefer that their fillings look more natural.

No dental filling lasts forever. Some studies show that composite fillings can be less durable and need to be replaced more often than silver amalgam fillings.

It generally takes longer to place a composite filling than it does for a metal filling. That’s because composite fillings require the tooth be kept clean and dry while the cavity is being filled. Tooth-colored fillings are now used more often than silver amalgam fillings, probably due to cosmetics. In a society focused on a white, bright smile, people tend to want fillings that blend with the natural color of their teeth.

Ultimately, the best dental filling is no dental filling. Prevention is the best medicine. You can dramatically decrease your risk of cavities and other dental diseases simply by:

brushing your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste
vigorous rinsing after any food
eating a balanced diet
visiting the dentist regularly.

Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. Infection to the roots of the tooth needs to be treated. Then get crown placement done on that tooth.

I feel constant pain in my cheekbones, teeth, forehead. The pain usually gets stronger when I lean forward and I feel too much pressure on my face and forehead. I am also coughing up too much phelgam. I feel fullness in my ears also. Today when draining the mucus from the nose, it was reddish. Looks like some blood but very little. Mostly the pain is in my forehead. I am taking LCZ plus 2 times a day along with otrivin spray recommended by a doctor. The phelgam increased after taking the medicine. I find temporary relief but I need permanent solution.

My incisor teeth have came forward a little bit. It is possible to level my teeth without clipping?
Hello lybrate-user, there is a possibility to correct the alignment of your teeth without braces treatment but is a more invasive treatment which would involve grinding your original teeth and placing a cap over that teeth, but this procedure can be done only after root canal therapy of the teeth which are going to be grinded.

It can be a problem of tmj. Common symptoms include: •Pain or tenderness in your face, jaw joint area, neck and shoulders, and in or around the ear when you chew, speak, or open your mouth wide •Problems when you try to open your mouth wide •Jaws that get" stuck" or" lock" in the open- or closed-mouth position •Clicking, popping, or grating sounds in the jaw joint when you open or close your mouth or chew. This may or may not be painful. •A tired feeling in your face •Trouble chewing or a sudden uncomfortable bite -- as if the upper and lower teeth are not fitting together properly •Swelling on the side of your face You may also have toothaches, headaches, neck aches, dizziness, earaches, hearing problems, upper shoulder pain, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus). Home Treatments for TMD Home Treatments for TMD There are things you can do on your own to help relieve TMD symptoms. Your doctor may suggest you try some of these remedies together. •Use moist heat or cold packs. Apply an ice pack to the side of your face and temple area for about 10 minutes. Do a few simple jaw stretches (if your dentist or physical therapist OKs them). When you’re done, hold a warm towel or washcloth to the side of your face for about 5 minutes. Perform this routine a few times each day. •Eat soft foods. Add yogurt, mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, soup, scrambled eggs, fish, cooked fruits and vegetables, beans, and grains to your menu. Cut foods into small pieces so you chew less. Skip hard, crunchy foods (like pretzels and raw carrots), chewy foods (like caramels and taffy), and thick or large bites that require you to open wide. •Avoid extreme jaw movements. Keep yawning and chewing (especially gum or ice) to a minimum and don’t yell, sing, or do anything that forces you to open wide. •Don't rest your chin on your hand. Don’t hold the phone between your shoulder and ear. Practice good posture to reduce neck and facial pain. •Keep your teeth slightly apart as often as you can. This will relieve pressure on your jaw. Put your tongue between your teeth to control clenching or grinding during the day. •Learn relaxation techniques to help loosen up your jaw. Ask your dentist if you need physical therapy or massage. Consider stress reduction therapy as well as biofeedback. TREATMENT PRESCRIBED BY A DENTIST •Medications. Your dentist can prescribe higher doses of NSAIDs if you need them for pain and swelling. He might suggest a muscle relaxer to relax your jaw if you grind or clench your teeth. Or an anti-anxiety medication to relieve stress, which may bring on TMD. In low doses they can also help reduce or control pain. Muscle relaxants, anti-anxiety drugs, and antidepressants are available by prescription only. •A splint or night guard. These plastic mouthpieces fit over your upper and lower teeth so they don’t touch. They lessen the effects of clenching or grinding and correct your bite by putting your teeth in a more correct position. What’s the difference between them? You wear night guards while you sleep. You use a splint all the time. Your dentist will tell you which type you need. •Dental work. Your dentist can replace missing teeth and use crowns, bridges, or braces to balance the biting surfaces of your teeth or to correct a bite problem. Other Treatments.

How to increase calcium level in our body. Which is the best tooth paste for our teeth.
Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. Changing the toothbrush alone donot keeps your teeth clean. All toothpaste have nearly similar ingredients like Abrasives, Fluorides, Surfactants, Antibacterial agents, Flavourants, Remineralizers, Fluoride, Diethylene glycol, Triclosan etc. Only the wrong brushing technique that we follow harms our teeth and gums. So consult your dentist, learn proper brushing technique, Brush your teeth twice a day, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush to protect your teeth and gums from plaque and calculus. Floss your teeth inter dentally once a day. Consume a healthy diet rich in vegetables and lean protein. Reduce your intake of sugary foods and beverages. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Drink plenty of fluoridated tap water. Drink not consume alcohol drinks. Don’t smoke.

If your tooth paste does not contain flouride, there can be a risk of tooth decay and the tooth enamel may even start to wither away.

Now a days it is becoming a common practise to perform RCT in small children if the tooth is infected as this can infect other teeth also if not treated.Your Dentist is the better judge to decide this as a physical examination is required to have an ascess to the situation although RCT will not have an impact on eruption of new teeth.
