I am 28 year old female and it professional. Since last month I am having pain in left side of the body (left hand, leg, ear, chest and left side of head). This pain occurs occasionally and not a continuous pain. Along with this most of the time numbness occurs in my left hand and left leg. Also the finger tips of left hand get swell and I feel as if there is no sensation in my hand. I feel weakness and shivering sensations. Also suffering from loss of appetite and insomnia. Please suggest which kind of doctor should I consult?

It appears to be a musculo skeletal problem. May I know the profession you pursue. I feel it is a work related problem. Otherwise so many complications cannot come up as all are interrelated to each other. Stress the main reason and learn to manage the same. Plan properly and do what you can. Do not force things on you to achieve everything under the sun. Be realistic and everyone. Has limitations. Try the following sincerely and give the feedback after a week. When the pain is on, press and release the right hand little finger nail on both sides 20 times. While pressing breath in and breath out while releasing. Also measure 3 finger breadth from the wrist crease of your palm and give pressure with your finger or with a blunt edge of a pen 10 times. Apart from this devote some time for breathing and and meditation in the morning. Consult me with your progress for further guidance.

You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic kali phos 12x + nat sulph 12x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it for 5 days

I have frozen shoulder since last 4 years since i feel down on right shoulder. Since then I am doing physiotherapy . But absolutely no progress since day 1. It is hindering my financial earnings. I cannot even lift my hand up to shoulder level .Please suggest parmanent remedy.

Frozen shoulder is very common in diabetic patients and to improve range of that joint it is very importent to do daily physiotherapy exercises and electrotherapy to reduce pain.

As far as your back pain is concerned, long sitting is definitely one of the reasons for it. So try walking about ever 1/2 hr to stretch your back. Moreover since you're indoors most of the time, your vitamin d levels are likely to be low. Get your vitamin d levels done fasting and learn spinal extension exercises from a physiotherapist and do them upto 3 times a day. Revert back with reports.

Start with physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Use lumber spine belt. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium; multivitlybrate-userand vitamin d 3 for 2 month.

Hello, u, might suffer from lumber spondylosis due to continuous movement under inadequate posture. Go for a physiotheraphy. * of course black circle under supra orbital fossa is due to inadequate sleep, which has to b rectified, you can do it, only. ** homoeo - medicine** @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day @ macrotinum 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Report, weekly.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Sir your muscle pain could arise due to low vitamin d or b12 or elevated uric acid, so get your vitamin d3, vitamin b12 and uric acid levels and revert back with reports.
