Hye. Thankyou for your query. Although laziness is common and a natural part of life, it has the potential to completely consume us. Laziness causes me you to feel trapped. No matter what  you do, you cannot seem to shake it off. You feel tired, you fall asleep constantly during the day, you sit around a lot and feel unable to be active, you avoid doing anything productive, and put on hold things that you want to accomplish. There are two kinds of laziness. First, there’s the kind where you have been working your head off for weeks and finally after all your hard work all you want to do is be lazy and do nothing. But then there’s the kind of laziness where you struggle to find motivation. Every time you think of something you would like to do or achieve, you cannot find the energy or drive to work toward it. This is the kind of laziness that is quite common. Being lazy is actually quite draining and depressing. Even the simplest task seems like a challenge. Here are some effective ways to overcome laziness. 1. Focus on just a few things at a time. We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. Instead, you will feel motivated, as your goals will now seem so much more achievable. People feel motivated when they feel they have a good chance of success. When success seems like it is just around the corner, suddenly you  get an amazing rush of energy where you feel liberated and excited to achieve bigger things. Set yourself two or three easy to achieve goals at a time, and you will notice that you will naturally gain inspiration and motivation. 2. Exercise. Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room). You will find that you will become more willing to think about complicated things, such as working on a project or doing something that you have been avoiding. Exercise will help you break through that barrier of inertia and will help you feel motivated and more willing to put in effort. 3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy. Often you become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things. By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, reflect, and feel inspired.

If this is your first Semen analysis report then continue the meds prescribed by your doctor. The report does show a significantly low sperm motility but that could be because of inter current illness in the past 3 months prior to the test. Lead a active life with exercise, healthy nutritious balanced diet, quit smoking if do and repeat the semen test in 3 months. If your semen report repeatedly shows low motility then you need a clinical evaluation by a urologist and may need ART for pregnancy.

Here are some tips on natural birthing

Hi, I am Dr. Renu Yadav. I am a practicing obstretic in Sector 40 and my speciality includes natural birthing, high risk pregnancies, laparoscopic surgery, family planning and gynic surgeries as well. Let's talk about natural birthing.

Today natural birthing is a process in which you give birth without using any help from the medicines or without the epidural anesthesia. It's the most common way. Its I think the best way to deliver a baby without the help of medicines and it's the most beautiful thing to experience if you are pregnant. The labour goes without any kind of complication. The only idea is supporting the lady emotionally throughout the labor process yes definitely it's going to take a long time but trust me on that that it's the most beautiful thing which can happen to a woman.

Natural birthing requires a little bit of preparation as association with the doctor is must. The idea of getting natural birth should be clear in your head because it's you who has to go through it. All the other kind of medical medicines and medical anesthesia are always available for you there is no Doubt in that any point of time. If you feel that you are not prepared to go with it and if it is the pain is unbearable for you. We can always switch to the medicine modality but keeping it natural is I have experienced few deliveries with me and trust me those are the bestest deliveries which I have conducted in my lifetime as a doctor.

Natural birthing needs a preparations from the patient side like in continuous touch with your gynaec, going through some physical exercises, learning yoga during your antenatal time and doing the exercises regularly is the must for natural birthing and as the time approaches you will become more and more confident about the things that you will be able to deal with the labor on your own.

The next important thing is the breathing exercises. The breathing exercises are the must to learn if you want to go for a natural birthing especially the deep breathing exercises in which you open up yourself completely. You breathe through your mouth and breathe out through your mouth. Also is equally important the association between the patient and the doctor should be so strong that the doctor is able to understand the things without the patient even realizing it that it's needed.

Regarding any queries or questions about natural birthing you can contact me through lybrate.com.

Dear Lybrate user, Ipill is an emergency contraceptive and should be used as an emergency only. Repeated intake is not advisable. Coming to your question, usually ipill is meant to be used for one act. At times, it acts. The chances that it will not act is more.

5 TRUTHS VS MYTHS OF SEX

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Delhi
Although we hear 1000s of things about sex throughout our lives out of which not even 10% are true. Here is a list of top 5 and most common myths we hear from everywhere.

1) Oral sex and anal sex are 100% safe

Yes, to your surprise, it is a sex myth and the truth is that all sexually transmitted diseases that are transferred through unprotected vaginal sex can also be caught through all kinds of anal or oral sex. Medical science has proved that there are more chances of catching an STD infection through unprotected anal sex as compared with oral or vaginal sex.

2) First time sex will not make you pregnant

You can never foresee when odds are against you so you should not take the risk. A woman is as likely to conceive with first time sex as she will do anytime in her later life provided she does so in her fertile days.

3) Having sex during periods will never make you pregnant

Logically speaking, there are no chances of getting pregnant when you have your periods but if someone has a longer cycle or bleeds between the periods, it is quite possible. Moreover, when a woman has a short cycle and she has sex by last two to three days of her menstrual cycle, she can conceive because sperms will stay in her body for up to 72 hours.

4) Two condoms work better than one

One condom is enough to get the job done and there is no need to use two. In America, they test each latex condom for holes before packing it to the box. Regular and correct use of condoms will save you from many sexually transmitted diseases and other sex consequences.

5) Drinking alcohol guarantees better performance in bed

No, this is not true because alcohol takes out your ability to make sensible decisions and you can make risky choices. When you’re drunk, you can decide to have sex with someone you don’t want otherwise. It will not spice up the experience rather it can give you regrets.

Menstrual cycles have several days at the beginning that are infertile (pre-ovulatory infertility), a period of fertility, and then several days just before the next menstruation that are infertile (post-ovulatory infertility). The first day of bleeding is considered day one of the menstrual cycle. In this safe period calculator, days 1 to 7 and day 21 to rest of the cycle is calculated as" safe period" or" safe days" for individuals with regular 26-32 days cycles. Plese read the method overview for more information. Proper use of safe period calculation method along with coitus interruptus (withdrawal method or pull-out method) is a suggested as a sin free or green family planning method for couples with self control over sexuality. Withdrawal method is not suggested for adolescents or those having casual sex. Others may use condoms during unsafe days to avoid serious and potentially life-threatening risks associated with the use of contraceptive pills.
