Whey proteins are safe to have . But if your dietary intake of protein is enough than you needn't take supplements otherwise it is safe to take whey protein.

Because of wet dreams you are not gaining weight ..Night fall is a term applied to the involuntary discharge of semen during sleep. Hi lybrate-user you should take aswagandha, sataber and amla, safed musali and mishri in equal quantity. All mix and make it powder then take this powder 1 tea spoon full twice a day with milk for 1 month. Do proper exercise. You will feel physically fit very soon.

Dear lybrate user. There are no short cuts in weight loss. No diet can help you unless you find time for aerobic physical exercise. One hour aerobic physical exercise with low fat diet can help you reduce weight at the rate of around 2 kg per month. Do not be over enthusiastic about weight loss. Such over enthusiasm could lead to disappointment and stress. You need counseling. Take care.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
