Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Sleeping naked doesn't improve the health of penis.

Start Asparagus and Milk :Take two tsp of Indian Asparagus and one cup of cows milk (Boil it, Saffron, Almonds, Ginger, and Cardamom Soak ten almonds overnight in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of hot cow’s milk Add a little saffron, ginger, and cardamom to it. Drink this every morning Ashwagandha Mix one teaspoon of Ashwagandha root with one glass of milk and one teaspoon of honey, daily once.

I was suffering from diarrhea (loose motions) for almost 20 days and also I was hospitalized for 6 days but it was starting again after 2 3 days than after getting discharged I consulted Gastro he advised for immunity blood test and Endoscopy and Colonoscopy but Endoscopy and biopsy result came normal blood reports also came normal so he skipped colonoscopy But now after a month over motions are in control it's not loose but it's imbalanced some time once in day some time twice trice in day and in stomach near by belly on my left hand side and down side it's paining also same side behind below waist it's blinking paining like tooth pain So what to do please guide me.

Hello! This type of condition due to your Digestion disturbance you have to follow some times proper diet and medicines too. Now start first of all warm boiling water with dry ginger powder and Have light food like proper cooked rice, mung dal, buttermilk, pomegranate juice, nimbu pani etc follow this up to 1 week then start khakhra with dal and rice upto 5 days after than you can start with 1chapati this diet is useful in your complains and you need ayurvedic medicines also. Hair fall can be because of so many reasons. Nutritional deficiencies, hormonal changes. With proper medication and proper diet it will decrease. There r other modalities also apart from medicines. Platelate rich plasma is one of them. Take proper consultation before it's too late.

Yes 1000mg of extra requirement of iron in pregnancy. Which goes into the baby, placenta and extra blood requirements. If no suppliments are taken a normal patient can become anaemic. Folic acid is required in the initial months of pregnancy due to massive tissue growth and for prevention of neurodevelopmental disorders.

Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

•Find the right muscles. To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easiest to do them lying down at first. •Perfect your technique. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. •Maintain your focus. For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. •Repeat 3 times a day. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. Don't make a habit of using Kegel exercises to start and stop your urine stream. Some doctors think this could cause a bladder infection. Now that you have located your pelvic floor muscles, you can exercise them even when you do not have to urinate (pee) by following these simple steps: 1.Tighten and hold your pelvic floor muscles for five seconds (count 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand, 4 one thousand, 5 one thousand). 2.Relax your pelvic muscles. You have just done one Kegel exercise. You should plan to do 10 to 20 Kegel exercises three to four times each day. Another way to tighten your pelvic floor muscles is to: 1.Squeeze the muscles in your anus (like you are holding a bowel movement). 2.Relax your pelvic floor muscles after each attempt. 3.Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times. When you do your Kegel exercises, remember•Do not hold your breath. •Do not push down. Squeeze your muscles together tightly and imagine that you are trying to lift this muscle up. •Do not tighten the muscles in your stomach, buttocks, or thighs. •Relax your pelvic floor muscles between each squeeze.
