These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. you. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters..

In my opinion you should not take any medicine for increase of height at this age. You should wait up to 25 years after that you can start the medicine.

After physical exertion like excessive traveling and playing sports which involves continuous hard physical load . I feel like vomiting if eat some thing. Most of time I end up throwing out after that it feel all ok. Pls suggest why it happens and how to avoid it . Any medicines etc to take.

Don't eat immediately after or before doing any hard physical activity always give 30 to 45 mnts gap and rest before and after that it happens because your body mechanism is shifted that time to adjusting to the load of activity

Gidiness can be due to vertigo can be due to anemia can be due to low bp I advice you to take a lot of water 6-7 ltrs a day if problem persist conult to any physician nearby you tu rule out anemia and vertigo.

Is dehydration a cause for low BP or hypotension? My friend was suffering from low BP frequently in this summer. Is dehydration a cause for this. Could you suggest please.

Yes dehydration may cause the hypotension Drink more water, less alcohol.  Follow a healthy diet. Get all the nutrients you need for good health by focusing on a variety of foods, including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean chicken and fish. Use salt but you don't like a lot of salt on your food, try using natural soy sauce or adding dry soup mixes to dips and dressings. Go slowly when changing body positions. Before getting out of bed in the morning, breathe deeply for a few minutes and then slowly sit up before standing. Sleeping with the head of your bed slightly elevated also can help fight the effects of gravity. If you begin to get symptoms while standing, cross your thighs in a scissors fashion and squeeze, or put one foot on a ledge or chair and lean as far forward as possible. These maneuvers encourage blood to flow from your legs to your heart. Eat small, low-carb meals. To help prevent blood pressure from dropping sharply after meals, eat small portions several times a day and limit high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Drinking caffeinated coffee or tea with meals to temporarily raise blood pressure.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Do not take any food for two days. Drink one cup of spinach juice and 4-5 glasses of orange or mousambi or kinnoo juice for those two days.

What treatment have they undergone? As per their progression and age its most likely mechanical back pain. Do they have other symptoms like leg pain? Tingling or numbness in legs?They should avoid lifting heavy weights, avoid bending. You can consult a pain specialist in your locality or city.

take plenty of water. for lunch today take small quantity of boiled food like idly, poha etc., for dinner keep half stomach empty. aoid tea/coffee, every day take minimum 2.5 to 3 litres of water spread thoughout the day. if you are constipated get treated for that. have some physical avtivity like morning/evening walk. have atleat 6 hours of sleep in the night. go to bed early like 9.30 to 10 pm.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it. One week before and one week after periods will be safe to have sex without becoming pregnant. It is called safe period.

Abdominoplasty - An Overview

Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is a frequently performed cosmetic procedure which is meant to improve the looks or appearance of your abdominal region. The primary goal of this procedure is to remove excess skin or fat from the abdominal region and then reconnect the tissues with sutures to get a more toned and flat look.

The requirement for abdominoplasty: 

The tummy tuck surgery is for someone who has folds of fat or skin on their abdominal region that results in an unsightly appearance and causes body image issues. These problems may be caused by multiple factors, some of which are mentioned below:

  1. Significant weight loss: Men or women who have lost a lot of weight tend to have excess loose skin on their bodies as a result of the skin being stretched over a long period of time.
  2. Pregnancy: Many women who have gone through multiple pregnancies also have similar problems as the skin in their abdominal region tends to stretch over multiple times which may result in the skin becoming flabby.
  3. You have a weak lower abdominal wall: Some patients tend to generally have a weak lower abdominal wall which over the years tends to protrude and hang. This results in a misshapen body which they want to correct for body image issues. 
  4. To correct scarring from C section: Many women who give birth via C-section tend to have a scar on their body and some abdominal contouring can change the shape and size of the scar, which in turn not only tightens the tummy but also hides the scars.

Considerations before abdominoplasty:

Abdominoplasty isn't recommended if you fall under any of the following categories:

  1. Still have to lose weight: If you have to lose a lot of weight, then it is advised that you wait till your goal weight is reached and only then consider this procedure. Abdominoplasty isn't meant to reduce weight, but to take out excess skin and flab that remains after weight loss
  2. Plan on becoming pregnant again: If you are planning to become pregnant again, then the muscles and tissues in your abdomen might loosen and cause a flabby belly again.
  3. If you have heart disease or other conditions: If you have heart related conditions or are diabetic, then abdominoplasty won't be considered as it might put you at high risk of complications after surgery.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Coffee. Do pranayama early morning. Do exercises. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Sleep minimum for 7 hours a day.

Avoid to use pillow below your neck. Massage your neck and spine with mahamash tail and give heat treatment with hot water bag over affected areas. Do some neck and head exercise as clock wise and anticlockwise movement for5minutes.
