In your case it depends that how efficient your doctor iss. Do you have full faith on his capabilities. If yes then wait for some more time as aked by your doctor. For your husband, is he on medication for low sperm count because if your problemis solved even then you will not conceive until prm count of your husband is normal.

I am 23 years old. When I have sex with my partner, to get climax it takes too much time. Some times 45 minutes also....
Hello- Delayed climax can occur due to two factors, first is over exhaustion of genitals (by over indulgence in sexual activity), second is obstructive pathogenesis. Treatment will defer depending upon its cause. However you can try out some changes which can improve your condition. Perform sex with at least a gap of 7 days. Drink a glass of hot (not warm) milk an hour before going into sex. Avoid carbohydrate sources like rice etc in your meals. And exercise daily in the morning hour and reduce at least 5 to 10 kgs from your body.

Hi, Food to be avoided are hot and spicy food, oil fried food and wheat and ragi preparations, pepper, green chillies. Avoid intake of coffee and tea. Food that are helpful are high fiber diet which includes raw vegetables like onion, radish, cucumber, carrot, beetroot, tomato, etc. and fruits like big banana, grapes, musambi, orange, jackfruit, chikoo, pineapple, watermelon, etc. Sprouted whole grains and oats are also helpful. Hello- " Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. Ayurvedic medicine offers conservative treatment of phimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.

I am facing occasional ed means I fail to sustain erection 1 out of 3 times what can I do?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

I am facing occasional ed means I fail to sustain erection 1 out of 3 times what can I do?
The inability of a man to achieve or sustain erection it is called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is a very common problem and it is believed that approximately 40% of males suffer from it at one time or another in life. CAUSES:: certain drugs (anti-depressants), neurological disorders, cavernosal disorders (Peyronie's disease) etc. Sometimes impotence can be traced back to certain health problems like diabetes, severe depression, or severe reaction to any drug. Excessive alcohol drinking and cigarette smoking too are causative factors. Psychological factors are also major causes of impotence and can be due to increased focus on sexual performance in society. DIET AND LIFE STYLE ADVICE:: Take simple, chemical free diet, as many chemicals used for growing and manufacturing food articles can affect nervous functioning and sexual arousal. Prevent indigestion, constipation and vitiation of Apan Vayu that is resposible for penile erection. So patient should avoid foods that trigger gas formation like potato, beans, peas, brinjal etc and prefer fruit vegetables, spices like dry ginger and drinks like lemon water which release gases easily. Excessive salt, acids, tobacco & alcohol too should be avoided. Most of dry fruits, fresh fruits and milk products increase sexual vigour. Consuming pure ghee and dry fruits like almond & cashew regularly boost sexual vigour and prevents erectile dysfunction. Performing Yogasan & Suryanamaskar regularly improves tone of the muscles required for erection while doing Pranayam brings about mental relaxation and tranqility. TREATMENT:: Take 1 tsf dhatupaushtik churna twice a day with milk mixed wid honey and 2 tab tenex forte twice a day 30 min after meals./ 10 days. Revert back after 10 days for further medication and treatment.
