Hi, take cap, nasollerin 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

There are some instructions are given below 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool. *. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. If you are diabetic do not eat this. *triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. *taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. * boil a few figs (fresh and ripe or dried) in a glass of milk, and drink this mixture at night before going to bed. Figs have high fiber content and provide quick relief from constipation. *. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. * cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. * regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation. * take proper sleep of 6 to 8 hrs daily.

Hi, You shouldn't ignore this swelling.Bust be a normal hard harmless bony protuberance or it be something you should not avoid. Go for full mouth x-ray and then further investigations.

A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Most likely this is gastritis. Avoid fried and very spicy food. Quit smoking and alcohol. And consult a gastroeneterologist.

Can Severe Menstrual Pain be a Sign of Pelvic Pain?

If there is a recurrent pain in the lower pelvic and the lower abdomen region of the body, chances are you might be suffering from pelvic pain. In women, severe pelvic pain can be a warning sign of some internal damage in the reproductive organs (ovaries, fallopian tube, uterus, and vagina) present in the pelvic region or the digestive system of the body. Although not common in men, pelvic pain might be indicative of an infection or severe pain in the colon region or the pelvic bones. Pelvic pain might be acute or chronic in nature and the pain might spread to the thighs and buttocks of the body.

The causes of pelvic pain differ among the genders, which are as follows:
1. For women, pelvic pain can be an indication of more serious disorders in the internal reproductive organs such as uterine cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cysts, ovarian cancer and other pelvic inflammatory diseases (when the sexually transmitted bacteria spread to the reproductive organs and causes infections).
2. In women, pelvic pain might also occur due to endometriosis (a disorder wherein the internal endometrial tissues grow outside the uterus resulting in severe pain), adenomyosis (a disorder wherein the endometrial tissues which line the wall of the uterus start growing within the uterus), severe pain during ovulation and miscarriages.
3. The causes of pelvic pain in both men and women include sexually transmitted diseases, a disorder in the pelvic region or the bladder, kidney stones, urinary tract infection, colon cancer, and chronic hernia.

If you suffer from the following symptoms, chances are you might be suffering from pelvic pain:
1. Severe pain in the hips and the groin
2. Sudden fever along with the presence of blood in the stool.
3. Severe menstrual pain
4. You might feel severe pain while urinating or in the middle of a sexual intercourse
5. Bloody vaginal discharge might be indicative of pelvic pain in women
6. Recurring episodes of constipation or diarrhoea
7. Pain resulting from stress and intense physical movements

Treatment
If the pain is chronic, doctors might suggest prescribed a dosage of birth-control pills, antibiotic (especially for blood in the stool and pain due to infection) and anti-depressants. In extreme conditions, the doctor might prescribe laparoscopic surgery (operation by making minor incisions performed far from the actual source).

Are  you trying to loose weight but unsuccessful? Due to sitting job and sedentary life most of the population is gaining weght day by day. Obesity is a curse for this modern era. Though we are leading a sedentary life full of facilities but we are getting surrounded by new problems that we haven't heared earlier. Brain strokes, haemorrhages have become common today. Hypertension and diabetes has made a permanent seat in every family. Such diseases are silent killers,more dangerous than cancer. They degenrate your body day by day silently without your acknowledgement and lead to heart attacks. Obesity slowly damage your knees, lead to slip disc problems, lumber spondylitis. Infertility, an upgrowing problem has made many families depressed today and over weight is the leading cause of it.

Loosing weight is the demand of today's youth. Plan your diet in such a way that you maintain your weight in a healthy way and along with it there is need to add to some positive changes in your life style.

 

Morning:

1.Wake up early morning and give atleast 1 hour for yoga, Start doing pranayam, it contains 8 type of breathing execises and all exercises have special benefits on different part of your body. Like anulom vilom proves beneficial for your respiratory system, kapal bhati for your digestive system, bhramari prayam will prove beneficial for people who feel hot flushes, palpitation, ghabrahat, ujjai prayam is good for thyroid disease. Like this you can do all tyoes only on half an hour and get abundant benefits on your different body systems. Then do surya namaskar that will give you golw on  your face and peace in  your mind.

2.Drink plenty of water in the morning,water is a wonderful substance that cleanse your body completely, it washes all the toxins in the body  and helps a lot in loosing weight.

3.Drink a cup of green tea.

 

Breakfast:

High fiber diet is the key to loose maximum weight in short time period. Try to have it maximum in  your meals. You have many options for breakfast like oats,upma,utpam,bread butter and a glass of milk. These are the food items that containd vegetables and minimum quantity of oil.

 

Noon:

Noon is the best time to have fruits and salads. These contain plenty of fibers and easily get digested in this time as pitta dosha is activated in noon and help in digestion. Daily have 1 plate of salad in noon and 100 g of fruit.

 

Lunch:

Have 1or 2 chapatis in lunch and green vegetable along with it. 100 g of curd and sprinkle black pepper in it.

 

Evening:

A cup of tea and 2 pieces of biscuits  along with it. 

 

Walking:

Walking is a wonderfull exercise, everyone should give atleast 30 mins to walking daily. It keeps your mood happy and digestive system active. One who do walking daily will never have gastric problems.

 

Dinner:

Dinner should be lite for easy digestion at night. Have 2 chapatis in dinner alomg with daal. A glass of milk at bed time for sound sleep.

 

Notes:

Avoid sweets, dep fried food, junk food completely from  your routine. Try to drink water atleast half an hour after meal. Do massage of your body once in a week. In 1 month yoy will start feeling good, active after following this routine.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of flax seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of flax seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of water, early in the morning, on empty stomach. Hello, it might be nutritional problem or as you said pollution does play a role. Using chemical hair colors may further increase the problem, so better avoid them. Proper nutrition, protein diet, vit. B12 supplements and t. Avitin 7 once a day for three months may help. Avoid alcohol and smoking if applicable to you. Take proper sleep and avoid stress or manage it with meditation.

Hello lybrate-user the primary cause of hair fall as you are aware is the lack of nutrients or an imbalanced diet. Deficiency in protein, biotin and zinc is the major cause of hair fall. You get plenty of supplements in the market. However, a natural diet is the best way to combat hair fall. Including plant based foods such avocado, walnuts, almonds and seeds such as flax seeds (alsi) and sabza (the black seeds put in falooda) will greatly help reduce hair fall. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can include eggs (preferably boiled) and fish which is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Hello lybrate-user The way to take ashwagandha are as follow:- Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month. Byee take care.

It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat.Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of Lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied Regards
