Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Some diet advice for you - in veg you can eat the following - eat whole wheat roti, oats, daliya, brown rice etc. Eat more green vegetables and bitter leafy vegetables like methi. Limit vegetables which has lot of starch like peas, corn, lima beans, and potatoes. Eat lauki, bitter gourd, carrots, beetroot etc in non-veg - limit non-veg to once or twice a week. You should take deep fried meat. Fish is a good option, chicken tikka etc in dry fruits - almond, walnuts in pulses - arhar, moon and chana sprouts in fruits - apple /guava/orange in juice - try to replace your juices with whole fruits.

Hi, do little bit exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. Include calorie rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Currently your sugar are well controlled. Keep it up dear. However once you are diabetic you will remain diabetic. Keep it controlled.

In the month of January'16 and my wife had complain related to irregular periods and one of the gaeno prescribed her Ovipauz L to take. She has been taking the same since last two months and this weekend I had her weight check and found she lost 10 Kgs of weight since she started taking it. I have asked her not to take ovipauz and put her on 15 days monitoring period to check whether she gains some kilos or not and also put on high carb, fat diet including banana, milk etc.

Dear kindly do not stop any medication specially the one you are talking about on your own. It is too harmful for the patient and there are chances of bleeding and then irrerugular cycles. Kindly get a proper consultation before stopping or starting any medication. As far as weight is concerned there might be some other reason as it is highly unlikely to loose weight with these medications. Kindly take a proper consultation.

Do regular exercise, daily massage your body with oil, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food.

Bird flue or avian flue virous is carried by birdbird and then pass on to domestic poultry sources such ad chicken symptoms are akin to regular flue virus symptoms respiratory disease digestive problems and brain problems like irritation restless. If you change your lifestyle and food habit you can loose your extra weight if you don't have any other health issues. Regular exercise like swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups, yoga. Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods instead you take lots of vegetables, whole fruit, unrefined food stuffs. These will help you to reduce fat. Take more protein like egg white, fish, lean meat, cottage cheese, soy milk, soy products, skimmed milk, tofu, mushroom. Don't use too much oil in cooking. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Drink lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Don't take coffee. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 in a day on frequent interval.
