It is 'Apaan Vayu' vitiation. Pl avoid cool things. Drink soups, turmeric in hot milk or hot water, If u get Nycanthes leaves, make decoction of it and drink.

Hello Mr. Prs, having trouble in movement and difficulty in eating properly suggests there is some problem in the brain. I would suggest that you meet a neurologist near you as early as you can as whatever it is, needs to be found out and acted upon. Please don't delay as prompt treatment can reverse your symptoms.

Goodevening I read your question. What would help you is to wear a knee cap. Start walking with your heel first. At home do a few exercises such as ankle toe movements. Pressing the knee down and the heel down a a towel in the lying down posuiton. You could have more of protein food and that will also bulid up your stamina.

You should visit to orthopedic doctor for proper investigation for the cause of trouble and specific treatment. Maintain right posture of the body because most of the time cause of backache is postural. Eat calcium rich food. Avoid forward bending and overexertion of the spines. Rest on firm mattress. Do mild and bearable exercise of back.

Dear lybrate-user, just pain in body is not a problem. Check for your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. Deficiency of calcium nd vitamins increases weakness due to that you suffer pains. Take vitamins and calcium rich food. According to reports after b12 nd d3 test. Take pills.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

You seem to have Minimal Soft tissue derangement Apply Towel soaked in Luke worm water for 30 seconds 5 times twice daily If no relief must Consult Orthopedic Surgeon.

Posture correction must. Do hot fermentation. Do spine extension exercise leg stretching exercise . If it work then OK other wise physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I dislocated my right shoulder on 22 july. It was my first shoulder dislocation. After closed reduction I was advice to keep it in a sling for 3 weeks. Now I'm doing physiotherapy that includes some rotator cuff exercises. My question is will my shoulder dislocate again? Do I need to undergo shoulder surgery to prevent further dislocation?

Dear abhi. You in 12 years and legs in pain. So sad of you. But do not worry. Take calcium and vitamin test. As per reports you can take treatment. As of now at home apply heat fermentation and do leg excercises. Lying flat on bed straight legraising knee bending. If not consult physiotherapist.

Mam because of osteophyte formation in your bone. It's a chance of vitamin D and CA deficiency yes it's because of accident there is in injury. Treatment you need to do knee strengthening exercises and hot fermentation daily sure you feel better inform me after a week take care.

Dear lybrate-user improve your sitting posture. Avoid slouching or studying in bed. Always study in proper back support chair & table. Avoid long hours of continuos sitting. Take break after every 1 hour & move around. Take proper diet/milk & do 10 minutes of back strengthening ex's.

My grandma's age is 70 she is having severe knee joint pains she used several medicines ointments consulted several doctors but there is no result still she is having pain now she is complaining that she has nerve pain along the knee joint the pain is just like someone is pulling her nerves at that area. You can consult orthopaedic surgeon for the best advice. Only medicines cannot cure knee pain. You will require knee support, avoid squatting, avoid cross-legged sitting, avoid sitting on sofa, use chair with side support.

If degeneration of bones is a reason then you should start ayurvedic calcium suppliments +daily massage with hot oil twice a day within 15 days you get upto 30-35% relief. Panchakarma advise janu basti snehan swedan +pind swed.

For male 68 years, suffering from rheumatic arthritis which is under control. Sever pain in calf. Small gap problem in l4-l5. Bmd does not allow surgery. A nerve ans muscle tests are normal. Suggest for pain relief.

Severe calf pain could also be a bad knee, losss of electrolytes like calcium, magnesium, potassium, or dvt(deep vein thrombosis), or sciatic nerve. So a careful and detailed examination can only sort you out.
