I think accrding to your weight is 10 kg more. And that is the reason for your knee pain. You need to reduce your weight by minimum 10 kg. Nd than strength your quadriceps for which you can join a gym. Which will help you in reducing your weight also. Do not use staircase. Avoid use of indian toilet. Use western toilet only. Do not squate.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart..

Hi there are multiple causes for shoulder pain like. Muscular, tendonitis, ligament tear etc. It will be good if you visit physiotherapist or orthopaedic doctor for diagnosis. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate your grand father in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Calpol 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for knee & legs (Take help of a physiotherapist). Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. Flexion in Standing - Exercise for Back Pain

Flexion in Standing----EXERCISE FOR BACK PAIN

  • Stand upright with your feet well apart. Allow your arms to hang loosely by your side . You are now ready to commence the exercise. Bend forward and run your fingers down your legs as far as you can comfortably reach . Return immediately to the upright standing position. 
  • Each time you repeat this movement cycle, you must try to bend down a little further so that in the end you have reached the maximum possible degree of flexion and your fingertips are as close as possible to the floor.
  • Exercise  should only be commenced after the completion of two weeks of practice of Flexion Exercise in sitting, whether Flexion Exercise in sitting has been successful or not in reducing your stiffness or pain. In the beginning you must do only five or six repetitions per session; the sessions are to be repeated once or twice per day . For a period of three months from the time you have become pain free, this Exercise  must never be performed in the first four hours of your day.

Goodevening mam what I would kindly suggest is to take a vitamin d3 suppliment. You could do with a couple of active exercises daily and then do hot and cold fermetation. You should also include a set a of resisted exercises with weights this will enable better bone strength.

Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x5days Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days,then contact me again. For eye problem kindly consult a eye doctor.
