Start taking hot and cold fomentation for 4 cycles. Each cycle consists 2 minute hot and 1 minute cold. Cycling exercise can help you as well.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

I am suffering from low back means exactly at the end of the spinal cord. I did all types of tests and MRI scan also. Doctor told that I don't have any problem and due to lack of muscle strength am getting pain. Am using medicines prescribed by him. But am always feeling pain and it is not reducing. Somepeople are mocking me that I am facing some sort of psychological disorder. Can I do gym even though I am facing this problem? Please someone help me how may I relieve from this pain or may be if am in a psychological disorder or anything somebody please help me to get out of it. Literally am in he'll with this problem.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually there can be many reasons for an isolated finger pain, there definitely can be arthritis of the affected finger especially if there is a pre existing h/o an injury to the affected finger, there can be tendinitis, ganglion etc. If there is no associated swelling, skin redness or local warmth etc, then you can start with conservative management in form of gentle anti inflammatory medication, physical therapy, local analgesic spray etc and we see the response for next 3-4 weeks. If it does not settle down, then we will get the x ray (hand ap & oblique) view and a few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice, then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with spf 40 will help to prevent tan in the indian climate. If you mean black spots, then apply bio- vally's skin lightening cream. Adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin.

Firstly avoid long sitting, standing tk rest and break between work. Do walk and spine extension exercise. Heat fermentation with rest time for 20 minutes. Tk muscle relaxant medicine and start stretching exercise in daily routine.

Madam lybrate-user you have sever deficiency of these minrals and vitakins with L4- 5 bulge in my openion you should immediately consult local Orthopedic surgeon and got your treatment according to his advice. At this age this short of deficiency can lead to further complication.

Is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use this no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Well steroid injections, locally, shall definitely relieve plantar heel pain, if any, and the effect would last for a couple of weeks to months. However, an overuse does potentially present with complications involving thinning of the fat pad and rupture of the fascia in the long term. As an alternative, one may try the following natural steps to manage the plantar heel pain suitably - (a) regular stretching of the feet. (b) extra-corporeal shock wave therapy. For this you will require to take help from a physiotherapist. (c) ensure that you do not undertake any kind of hard exercises including jumping, jogging, running etc all. (d) use soft/ cushioned shoes to support the heels comfortably while at home and also outside. (e) apply ice cold treatment (use an ice bag preferably) topically on the heal for 5 to 10 minutes, 2 times daily. (f) apply homeopathic'traumeel' cream topically, two to three times daily. (g) take rest and avoid repetitive strains so as to arrest any further injures to the heel (s). (h) take'enzomac' enzyme, 1 tab twice daily after food, for 7 days.
