Hi lybrate-user The real problem occurs when a person who is on weight loss regime, have to lose belly or abdominal fat. All the exercises, jogs, food, diet plans, etc work great on our body except on the belly. The stubborn belly fat is the hardest one to reduce and take months to get in shape. You need to follow different diet plans and exercises to reduce belly fat. And we have some tips for you on how to reduce belly fat. Say no to sugar Avoid sugary food and beverages if you want to cut down the abdominal or belly fat. They are extremely unhealthy and can badly affect the metabolic health. Sugar is half fructose and half glucose, fructose only be metabolized by liver, so wherever you eat refined sugar, it turns into fat due to increased level of fructose in liver. The large amount of fructose accumulates fat in the belly which can further lead to obesity, liver fat, metabolic problems and diabetes. No carbs Studies have shown that restricting carbs from the diet help in weight loss and show the effective results in few days. Cutting carbs lowers the appetite and help in weight reduction. Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

you can try during ovulation period that is between 8th to 18th day of menses which is fertile period.if still problem remain same then get an ultra sound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.get a test sperm analysis of your.visit to doctor for further treatment.

1. Proteins: Especially essential during 3rd trimester (7th to 9th months of pregnancy). for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi) 2.Carbohydrates Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important during pregnancy to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 3.Iron : Especially essential during 6th to 8th months of pregnancy).
