Continue with tablet metformin is first line medication for type 2 diabetes. It increases insulin sensitivity and decrease insulin resistance. Helps in weight loss. No hypoglycemia in monotherapy. Mild gi intolerance in some patients but slowly dose titrations overcomes that usually.

Wash your face whenever your face exposes to dirt. Eat diet less in oil and spices. Avoid junk food. Do not use cosmetic on your face. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water daily.

If gestational sac diameter is less than 25 mm and if crl is visible and if crl is less than 7 mm and heartbeat is not visible, repeat ultrasound is needed after a week. As you r already bleeding you should report this to your doctor. And please check your report for the above mentioned parameters.

Homoeopathic medicine thyroidinum 3x (dr reckeweg) chew 2 tabs twice daily fucus ves 1x (bakson) chew 2 ta twice daily homoeopathic treatment glow care cream (lords) apply during daytime aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night daily kapal bhati pranayam for 15 minutes. The procedure is kapalbhati pranayama procedure o sit in a comfortable crossed leg posture, sukasana (using padmasana or vajrasanais the best) and keep your back straight. Rest your hands on the knees using gyana mudra or chin mudra. O inhale deeply trough your nose, this will expand you abdomen. Small breaks between each round are allowed benefits of kapalbhati pranayama o it helps in detoxifying your lungs and the respiratory tracks o purifies blood by boosting the oxygen supply o helps in reducing belly fat, as it tones your abdominal muscles o usually it is practised before practising yoga poses and before meditation, this will improve your concentration, alertness and calms mind from unwanted thoughts o students practising this pranayama will have great results in thier studies, because it increases the concentration and sharpness of their mind.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali iod 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2. Ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

What is flatulence?

Flatulence is the condition of having excessive gas in stomach or intestine. This can result in uncomfortable feelings of bloating, as well as increased belching (burping) or passing of gas from the rectum.

Home remedies for flatulence

1. Take 2-3 gm of black pepper (kali mirch) and long pepper (piplamul, lindi pepper, piplamool) powder with honey (shahad) twice daily.

2. Slowly chew a small amount of fennel (souf) seeds or put them in a cup of boiled, hot water for 3-5 minutes and then slowly drink.

3. Eat a fresh piece of ginger (adrak) or added some fresh ginger to your food.

4. Mix two drops of peppermint oil in half a cup of cold water and drink twice daily.

5. Take 4-5 gm of ajowan (ajwain) with rock salt (sendha namak, khanij namak) twice or thrice a day.

Hello, stress is one of the major causes of any small or big problem including white coat hypertension! there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.
