The color of skin is determined genetically. Tanning can occur due to exposure to sunlight. Rarely some skin diseases also can make skin black. Depending the cause treatment is decided. If you want skin protection avoid facial exposure to direct light during peak times 10am to 4pm.

You have problem of laziness in pregnancy. Follow these guidelines. Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning for 30 times. Take proper balanced diet daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take fruits daily and soybean chunks twice a week in vegetables. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Follow and give feedback.

Hi continue doing gargling it will take some time to reduce as it might be a viral infection. Can take levocitrizen for cold once in night for 5 days. Take aceclo- paracetamol combination for pain. Do steam inhalation also. If nose is blocked can use nasal decongestant drops also. If still pain not reduced do consult. Take care.
