Take heavy breakfast, then lunch at every day fix time, eat something light food at at evening and then have dinner at 8.00pm and sleep after 2-3 hr of dinner 3. Avoid junk food, bakery product, spicy, late night dinner and sleep 4. Do exercise at morning at least 45 min every day till you sweat.

1. Toothache:

Cloves provide relief from toothache and this is one of the main reasons why you will see them listed as an Ingredient in 99% of toothpastes.

2. Nausea and vomiting:

Cloves and clove oil, when taken together, can provide relief from Nausea.

3. Cough and breath:

Cough and bad breath can be cured by consuming cloves. These are very common problems that we all face and can be very well treated by the consumption of cloves on a daily basis. You can do this by including them in your dishes and also as refreshments at any time of the day.

4.Morning sickness:

It is a good remedy for treating morning sickness. Take around ten grains of cloves, mix them with tamarind and palm sugar and make it into a nice mixture using water. Drink this solution twice a day as an effective treatment.

5.Cold:

Common cold can be treated effectively by drinking a lukewarm mixture made with ten drops of clove oil and honey. Drink it twice or thrice a day.

Hi lybrate-user to gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning, secondly start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do this for 20 minutes. Buy shilajit satt from patanjali store put 2 drops in hot milk and eat with 2 bananas everydayin morning. Eat lots of almonds, paneer, 2 figs, green seasonal vegetables and drink atleast 3 to 4 liters of water everyday but make sure you drink no water after eating your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. I am a 52 year old female. I am on medication for vitamin d deficiency and for keeping cholesterol and sugar at bay. Regular with medicines, I am trying to exercise/ walk etc regularly and have lost 2.5 kg in the last 45 days. I need to lose at least 12 more kgs. My worries comes from the fact that since last week, my legs have started to pain. A lot at night and when I switch postures. What could the reason be? I am literally dragging my left leg as I walk and the doctor I consult has just changed the medicine for calcium and has started me on multivitamis too. Do I need to meet a specialist, or is this how treatment works, taking this much time? why would the symptoms recur despite medicines? my patience and threshold of tolerating pain are challenged right now. Kindly help.

You are right by saying that you need to loose about 12 more kg weight as your bmi is30.14kg/m2 (23kg/m2 is normal). It will be good if you inform me about your fasting, pp blood sugar levels, hba1c level and lipid profile. The pain that you experience does it come on walking for some distance and if you rest does it subside? which part of the leg pains? knee joint, calf muscle or the whole lower limb? I suggest it would be better you meet a vascular surgeon to rule out any problem with leg blood supply. A colour doppler test may help. Vitamin d and calcium, multivitamins can be continued. But it is better to get the expert opinion.

Change food habites.Avoid carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg too oily end ghee prepretions. Avoid cold drinks juices.Do arobic excersices yoga (learn from guru) Go for fast walking morning or evening. After dinner walk slowly 1 to 2 km. daily this will help to reduce weight. For more medicinal advice ask privet ly. Take simpal veg food with vegitabal salad both times. Dr. Tare

Dear lybrate user, there are so many causes of weight loss. Overeating is not the solution for weight gain. You must take banana shake grapes juice and mango shake for increase of weight. Also take butter sugar paste direct or with bread or chappati.

Out of six main symptoms for diabetic patient, I do not have a single symptom, even though, blood test report indicates BSF between 103 ---127 and PP remains constant i.e between 130--140. My consultant Dr. is MD (Medicine) MD (Path) suggested me to start Cetapin XR 1000 OD. Should I continue?

Right now you are in 'Pre-Diabetic' stage. You are not even a Diabetic Patient. Taking medicines now will actually make you dependant on medicines for life. It is better to avoid medicines and rely on diet-cure and exercise cure to bring your Sugar levels down. You are currently just on the borderline and you can control your Sugar levels through lifestyle interventions. FBS- 100-126 is considered pre-diabetic. Its only after 126 that medicine can be considered. Even your PP is in normal range. You must always remember that medicine should be the last resort when everything else fails. Trust your instincts. You are the master of your body and not any doctor. Take care of yourself. Health is precious.

Sir, I am feeling too much weakness, fatigue, my legs & arms muscles seems weak too, I have taken medicine prescribed by a neurologist, but does not work. Feeling too much depress and anxity too, due to my ilness. My blood and urine report i. E. Cholestrol, kidney, lever, thyrid all are ok except one, that is vitamnin d. My vitamin d level is 16, so is this all are happening due to vitamin defficiancy or due to anxity, please suggest. Whose consulation should I take: orthopedic, physritist or a medicine specialist. I have cervical spondylities also.

It could be both. Vitamin d deficiency does cause nearly all of these symptoms. You could, either go the natural way by weight-bearing exercise, consuming a lot of greens, and exposing yourself to sunlight for at least half an hour, daily; or you could take some supplements instead. The effect of vitamin d is really magical and its deficiency can be quite crippling. I suggest that you meet with a counselor and talk about the possibility of depression and if that person thinks you require some medical help, you could be referred to a psychiatrist. You could be under a lot of stress, quite unknown to you because of the bp problem you had earlier. In all this please cooperate with the prescriptions whether from therapy or from the medical intervention. If there is any doubt you may go for a second opinion, on valid grounds, but do not self-regulate the medication and do discontinue your search for a solution.

Increase your protein intake. Reduce carbs that you eat in the form of sugar fruit juices Maida cornflour etc. Eat small frequent meals through out the day. Exercise for atleast 30 mins. For detailed and customised diet plan with results consult with me online .

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Why do you think both as opposite task.We can gain muscles with proteins and simultaneously while reducing fats or in the other words we can build our body along with losing body weight.Myself is a homoeopath and by following my below given diet plan you can surely do so. It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

HERE ARE SOME BASIC GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU TO GAIN WEIGHT: General instructions •Take meals in frequent intervals (ie every 2-3 hours) •Do not skip the meals •Take munakka, makhana, khajoor, anjeer, chuhara, nuts with milk •Take compulsory milk and milk products like yogurt, shakes, smoothies, sweet lassi, paneer, khoya etc. •Add soya flour, chana flour in your wheat flour chapatti. Some weight gaining snacks are: •Paneer tikka •Soya chaap •Tofu sandwich •Green mung sprouted sandwich •Paneer vegetable tikki •Cheeku shake, banana shake, anjeer shake TO REDUCE ACNE PROBLEM, YOU CAN TAKE AMLA JUICE, ALOEVERA JUICE, LAUKI JUICE.

Hello dear, for reduce fat you should take warm water in whole day. Skiping is good exercise for it. Take green salad in you meals. Do not take sweets and fried food. Take more time to eating food. I mean slowly and chew properly. Do this you should feel healthy. Thanks.

I have rise acne problem since April. Suddenly they come. And having needle pricking like experience on the affected area. And producing black spots. The main affected area is both cheek. What the main cause behind the problem. Never arise that kind of acne in my teen age also. It is my first time experience, my age is 30.

Hi ! Tanuja,You are suffering from Adult Acne. These kind of pimples can leave black marks, if not treated properly and timely. You can start using Kroma WAsh face wash twice daily and see the improvement. You need to consult a Medical Cosmetologist for further treatment.
