Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. 2-3 kg weight loss/month is optimal. So it will take 6-8 months to lose 15-20 kg weight. No food can cause weight loss, it requires diet & lifestyle modification. Tips for weight loss: 1. Avoid junk/ processed/packaged/canned/ ready to eat/ street/ outside foods, soft, hard & energy drinks, glucose, ice cream, chocolate, sweets 2. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of few large ones 3. Eat slowly chewing your food well 4. Eat with spoons, chopsticks, fork & use smaller utensils. 5. Drink 3 litres water daily 6. Replace simple carbs- maida, nooles, white rice, white bread, biscuit, cake with whole graisn (atta, bajra, ragi, oats, jowar, barley, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (rajma, sprouts, soyabean, peas), whole fruits, vegetables, nuts, oilseeds 7. Include salad in main meals 8. Avoid red meat & excess salt 9. Have low fat dairy products 10. Use less oil in cooking.

कम शुक्राणु की संख्या पुरुष की एक सामान्य समस्या है और गर्भाधान में कठिनाई का कारण बनती है। कम शुक्राणु की संख्या एक अवस्था है जिसे ओलिगोस्पर्मिया कहा जाता है। यह ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें शुक्राणु की मात्रा 15 मिलियन शुक्राणु प्रति एम.एल से कम हो जाती है। यदि वीर्य के नमूने में कोई शुक्राणु नहीं हैं, तो स्थिति को एजोस्पर्मिया कहा जाता है। 
अपर्याप्त शुक्राणु उत्पादन और गुणवत्ता पुरुष बांझपन के लिए सबसे आम कारणों में से एक है। लगभग 15 प्रतिशत जोड़ों ने गर्भाधान समस्याओं का अनुभव किया है, और यह प्रतिशत बढ़ रहा है। 
कम शुक्राणु का कारण क्या है?
कभी-कभी एक आंतरिक कारक, जैसे कि वैरिकोसेले, शुक्राणुओं की संख्या कम कर सकता है। लेकिन धूम्रपान, नशीली दवाओं के उपयोग, खराब भोजन और व्यायाम की कमी जैसे कई बाहरी कारक हैं जो शुक्राणुओं की संख्या को कम कर सकते हैं। कुछ बाहरी कारक जो आपके शुक्राणुओं को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं:

- अत्यधिक संसाधित सोया खाद्य पदार्थ (सोया दूध, सोया बर्गर, आदि) में आइसोफ्लावान्स की केंद्रित मात्रा होती है, टेस्टोस्टेरोन के लिए आवश्यक एस्ट्रोजेन रिसेप्टर साइटों को ब्लॉक करने वाला एक फाईटोस्ट्रोजन।
- यहां तक कि विद्युतचुंबकीय आवृत्तियों और रेडियो आवृत्ति तरंगों से शुक्राणुओं की संख्या में कमी आ सकती है
शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए घरेलू उपचार
विभिन्न प्राकृतिक उपचार और अन्य युक्तियां आपके शुक्राणुओं की संख्या बढ़ाने और शुक्राणु की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करने में सहायता कर सकती हैं।
1. माका रूट:
काला किस्म का माका मूल शुक्राणु उत्पादन और गतिशीलता को बेहतर बनाने में मदद कर सकता है। माका की नियमित खपत से कामेच्छा, मौखिक मात्रा और स्खलन प्रति शुक्राणुओं की संख्या में वृद्धि, और शुक्राणु गतिशीलता में सुधार देखा गया है। कुछ महीने तक इस जड़ी बूटी के 1 से 3 चम्मच दिन में दो बार लें।
2. अश्वगंधा:
अश्वगंधा जड़ अर्क शुक्राणुओं की संख्या, वीर्य की मात्रा और शुक्राणु गतिशीलता को काफी बढ़ा सकते हैं। अश्वगंधा संपूर्ण हार्मोनल संतुलन के लिए अंतःस्रावी प्रणाली का समर्थन करता है। यह आपके समग्र स्वास्थ्य में सुधार लाता है, जीवन शक्ति को बढ़ाता है और तनाव और चिंता को कम करता है। गर्म दूध के गिलास में अश्वगंधा पाउडर का आधा चम्मच मिलाएं। कुछ महीनों के लिए इसे दिन में दो बार पिएं।
3. लहसुन:
लहसुन एक प्राकृतिक कामोद्दीपक के रूप में कार्य करता है और शुक्राणु उत्पादन बढ़ाता है। इसमें एलिसिन नामक यौगिक शामिल है, जिससे शुक्राणुओं की धीरज को बढ़ाया जाता है और रक्त परिसंचरण में भी सुधार होता है। इसके अलावा, लहसुन में खनिज सेलेनियम शुक्राणु गतिशीलता को बेहतर बनाने में मदद करता है। बस अपने दैनिक आहार में 1 या 2 लहसुन के टुकड़े शामिल करें।
4. ट्रायबुलस:
ट्रायबुलस टेरेस्ट्रिस शुक्राणु स्वास्थ्य के लिए एक आयुर्वेदिक उपाय है। यह सेक्स हार्मोन उत्पादन को सहायता करने, पुरुषों में ल्यूटिनकारी हार्मोन (एल.एच), डी.एच.ई.ए और टेस्टोस्टेरोन का उत्पादन बढ़ाने में प्रभावी है। इसके उपयोग के बारे मे अपने चिकित्सक से सलाह लें।
5. व्यायाम:
नियमित व्यायाम और एक स्वस्थ आहार सामान्य स्तर पर शरीर के वजन को बनाए रख कर और तनाव और चिंता से राहत दे कर, प्रजनन क्षमता को बढ़ाता है। लेकिन ध्यान रखें कि अत्यधिक मात्रा में व्यायाम (जैसे मैराथन और संबंधित प्रशिक्षण) बांझपन का कारण हो सकता है क्योंकि यह महिलाओं में रजोरोध (माहवारी का अभाव) और पुरुषों में कम शुक्राणुओं की संख्या को जन्म दे सकता है। 
6. एक स्वस्थ आहार योजना को अपनाना:
यौन स्वास्थ्य में सुधार के लिए उचित आहार आवश्यक है। भरपूर ताजे फल, सब्जियां, साबुत अनाज और फलियां लेने से उर्वरता को बढ़ाने में मदद मिल सकती है। परिष्कृत कार्बोहाइड्रेट, कॉफी, चाय, और कृत्रिम योजक के साथ खाद्य पदार्थ आदि से बचने की भी कोशिश करें। 
7. तंग अंडरवियर पहनना बंद करें:
जैसा कि पहले उल्लेख किया गया है, तंग अंडरगैरमेंट जो आपके शरीर के करीब अंडकोष को पकड़ते हैं, वह उनका तापमान बढ़ा सकते हैं और शुक्राणुओं की संख्या और गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

Ovulation kits are available in market. Other sure way is ultrasound abdomen to be done around 12-14 days, the time of ovulation, a day later may not show any eggs as follicles rupture on and around 14th day and egg released travels from ovary towards uterus.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the figure mentioned is 288, what is it related to blood sugar (fasting or pp). Bp can not 288 mm hg. Please clarify all the readings properly, like fasting & pp sugar levels and hba1c% as well as bp readings like systolic / diastolic. Also mention if you are on any treatment for either of these conditions.

The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk.For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, eggs, nonveg, sweets, cold drinks, over eating. You take simpal veg food with vegitabales salad, fiber contening food. Take lessfood as you fill hungery. Less sugar tea, coffi, milk. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help to you.

Hye. There is no direct relationship like that. You just have to know you cannot overindulge in either. Also eating the right foods at the right time is crucial to maintain stamina. Workout or sex, both can become a stress for the body if diet is not right.

Myth 1: Working out would make me even thinner!

We always have an astonished reaction to this one! Contrary to the myth, when designed properly, workout programmes can help you gain some good weight which is mainly muscle. Who doesn’t want to get stronger?


Myth 2: Lifting weights is going to make me a bulky woman!

Absolutely not! Not if you don’t want to. Designing the programme is the key here. Working out could improve your flexibility, muscular endurance and stamina without causing any muscular hypertrophy / growth.


Myth 3: Why do I need to do weights? I am already in shape!

One of the most common menopausal disorders found in women is OSTEOPOROSIS which is characterized by reduced bone strength. It is commonly seen in the “Fragile/ thin” elderly women. Research shows us, women who lift weights during their 20’s to 30’s are less susceptible to osteoporosis than those who do not. I would say to all those women who believe in this myth, DO IT FOR YOUR BONES, THEY WILL THANK YOU ONE DAY!


Myth 4: I can eat all I want because I am not going to get any fatter!

Unfortunately, this isn’t true. We wish it were, really. But it isn’t. Thinness is a genetic blessing to many but it is still important to eat healthy. Finally it is the cholesterol levels in your blood that will matter and they will be affected due to long term, faulty eating habits irrespective of body structure.



5: My daily chores burn enough energy. I do not need a gym!

American College of Sports Medicine recommends at least 30 minutes of “structured” physical activity on most days of the week for the “general” population. Neither does this definition include our day – to – day physical activity and nor does it differentiate between overweight and slim women.


We would like to conclude by highlighting that fitness is a group of performance attributes! Finally, it all boils down to the ease with which you climb up a flight of stairs or how effortlessly you can lift your own travel bags! Thus, irrespective of body type, structured exercise is a must for all women.

To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.
