I am 36 years old I'll get back ache in every six months what would be the cause for iy.
The main cause of backache is weakness of muscles around spine. You should do hot fomentation and spinal exercises under the guidance of physiotherapist. Avoid forward bending and lifting weights. Get your blood tested for hemogram, sugar, uric acid, thyroid and vitamin D3, to rule out anemia, infection, diabetes, thyroid, gout and vitamin D deficiency. Review after Reports.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Sir, I lost my tibia and fibula of left leg on 27 mar 18. About 6 to 7 cm bone are missing during open fracture. Tell me it is recoverable or not. What is recovery time.

Post Graduation, Masters in Orthopaedic surgery
Orthopedist, Nadiad
Yes of course it is recoverable. If your skin conditions over leg is good than it can be done in single stage platting with massive bone graft. N if it is not than multistage treatment required. Prior one takes around 3 month to walk. And last one ll takes around 6 month to walk.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
