5 Habits of Women With Great Skin

Healthy, glowing skin is what they call 'neighbour's envy, owner's pride'. Stop being jealous janet and get off your chair because you need to do a little homework to get that glowing skin. Some women look like they have inherited the glow without a day's work but in reality, good skin is a result of constant care and solutions that suit them right. Here are some fail proof techniques that women with great skin follow.

1. They cleanse it right: Cleansing the skin is almost done like a ritual. It has its set of rules which differ from skin to skin. As a base rule, women with good complexion do it at least twice a day - once in the morning and once before bed. It helps clear the oil, dirt, impurities and make up that clogs the pores and lets the skin breath. Use lukewarm water and a creamy cleanser. Let the cleanser sit on your skin for a minute while you gently rub it in before you wash off. This is one step women with good skin simply don't miss.

2. They remember their ctm: You know what the c stands for, now you need to follow it with a toning and moisturizing ritual to keep your skin soft and supple. Learn to differentiate between night and day moisturizers. You day moisturizer needs to contribute to your spf protection while your night moisturizer should be hydrating.

3. They use a good night cream: Night time is when your skin gets to relax and rejuvenate. Help this process by adding a good night cream to your daily ritual. A retinoid cream, for example, is a vitamin a derivative rich in collagen which helps in skin repair. They can also help reduce the occurrence of fine lines and pimples.

4. They work on their blemishes: Some have puffy eyes, others have dark circles or sun spots and may be even a couple of wrinkles here and there. But all these flaws can be steadily worked upon on a daily basis to reduce the skin problems and prevent appearance of new ones.

5. They follow the antioxidant mantra: Foods rich in omega 3 and antioxidant-rich foods like blueberries, green leafy veggies, and green tea help reduce the effects of aging to add a youthful glow to the skin.

1. Exercises for belly, hip & thigh fat: Brisk walk, kapalbhati, squats, crunches, toe touching. 2. Health tip: Drink 3 litres water daily, take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of hiring transport, do not sit continuously for an hr, take 15 mins light walk after main meals, do not sleep within an hr of a main meal, have small frequent meals, eat slowly chewing each bite well. 3. Diet: Avoid junk/processed/packaged/fried/sugary foods, cold drinks, alcohol, glucose, chocolate, ice cream; replace refined carbs (maida, white rice, white bread, sabudana, sugar, potato, noodles, sewai, biscuit, cake) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, atta, dalia, suji, brown rice, atta bread, barley, oats, bajra, jowar)

I think I am having mild anxiety and mild depression symptoms start 1 year ago started experiencing sleepy in noon time after that I experiencing improper sleep means I used to sleep normal but I am starting to wake at same time I i wake up yesterday means if there is holiday tomorrow then I wake up at same time than I experience lack of concentration and little sleepy in day time after that I used to sleep and wake up between nights or than sleep at that time I used to remember all dream and duration of sleep also reduce as time goes I get feel tried and improper sleep lack of concentration and forget fullness and I starting losing interest in little little things after thing I had been crazy for Bikes, cars, mobile and money but now losing interest From inner I want all those things but maan nhi krta waist that is this I think its mild depression and anxiety I was thinking to take Ashwagandha will it will be okay I am 19 due to mobile I think my sleeping is disturbed due to I used mobile more than 10 hours any suggestion I go to gym but when I sleep I can not get that sleep means sukoon ngi milta h any help please.

One year ago you were into your late teens. This is the time old childhood issues will resurface for the last time seeking a resolution. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Stomach pain occurs during periods is due to contraction of muscles of uterus. For take relief follow these methods: * take i/3 rd piece of ginger boil it in one glass of water, when half glass water remain then take it with one teaspoon of ajwayin. * use warm water bottle put it on your stomach area with wrap in the towel. * take rest properly do not do hard work. Do jogging daily for 5 minutes. Do not do running and jogging before 7days from periods coming date. * do massage with lukewarm mustard oil around area below stomach and back.

My friend is 30 years old male. He is depressed all time because he is feel guilty. When he was 18- 19 years old he sleep with his mom when his mom was sleeping his hands was on her breast and abdomen. He was not in control. His mother does not know this matter. Some times he was doing it. One day he realize then he feel depressed. He is worried since last 11 years about this matter. He does not share this matter to any other friend and to his family member. Now he belongs to the deep problem. He is feeling guilty. Its effects his head is warm and ear is heat every time. Last year he goes to kolkata Moer Alo institute. Past life regression may caused for this problems. Remembering past life incidents cannt digest the present days. Unknowingly or irgorance we do some mistakes. It happens. But recollecting it is not good sign of present life situations. Last year incidences we recollect we are not feel happy intelligents feel very uncomfortable. But it is done everyone life. What we do is past mistakes we should learn one lesson. We take further steps it is not repeat again it is called maturity. So my advise do not think about past incidence. Your friend done one mistake he was not reveled in counselling. Due to this his problem is not rectified no problem now go and attend good psychologist for further counselling and modify his behavior attitudes also. Ok best of luck. Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Testicle size, color and shape differs in every individual. If you observe your ears, eyes, hands, legs etc they will be differing in some aspect in your body. The same is applicable to your testicles too. They differ in color, size and texture. This difference will not affect your sexual performance or future reproductive ability. But you should look for abnormal swelling of testicles with or without pain, itching, burning etc. Don’t panic. Take care.

Mr. Lybrate-user, it is not possible to say whether the symptoms observed by you of diabetes or not. In diabetes patient may feel early fatigue, unexplained weakness, excess urination, excess hunger and thirst. It is better if you get blood checked for fasting and pp plus hba1c%. That should help in clarifying whether there is diabetes.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. As per ancient believers those women are not advised to take bath during first days of a menstruation. As there will be temperature variation, since at that time body heat will be more with less energy. Also those women are not advised to do any strenous work. They need rest. But the most important thing is menstruating woman should follow proper hygeine, chance of infection is more. In some parts inorder to get relieve from severe abdominal pain they are advised to take hot water bath on these days.

dear lybrate user I suggest do an ultrasonography of abdomen to identify any problem within. meanwhile you can take following homeo medicine trillium pendulum Q 15 drops in hlf cup of water twice a day for a month it will definitely reduce your problem. its safe to take.
