I am 26 years old, for the past 1 week I am experiencing pain in the anus while excretion. What should I do?

Mr. lybrate-user. I think you are having acute anal fissure main cause of this is passing hard stools. I suggest you to improve your eating habits take three full meals with plenty of water and vegetables fruits and add soft stool softener in your diet. Sit in warm water 5-6mints. 2 times a day. Take calpol650 mg 2 times a day. I hope you will improve very quickly otherwise contact me.

Get hearing test done and then good amplification device accordingly as soon as possible. Then take speech therapy and auditory training.

Normally people get pain due to stones Get an ultrasound of kidneys and/ or CT KUB to confirm stone.

My stone in right kidney is 4.1 mm and in ureter it is 5.5 mm. I am suffering from migraine also. Please guide some dietary plan. As 4 year ago I have positive thyroid by only small amount but I gained a lot of weight. Whole day I used to have small meals but doesn't lose much weight. It is there, if the reason of formation of stone is not corrected. Most commonly it the less intake of water. Some other biochemical parameters are also to be checked like uric acid, cholesterol levels, calcium levels. Any abnormality if corrected, and you maintain your body well hydrated, specially in summers, then you don't have to worry much.

Follow regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi for your prevention from stone formations. Avoid unfavourable food and dahi or sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg. And high proteineous food. Use plenty of warm water boiled with ginger and saumph and ajwayan every day. Use water melon as much you can. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroots and green vegetables. Neeri 2tabs neeri syrup 15ml twice daily with water after meals. For three months - if you feel better result then continue it otherwise have private consultation with me for pulse diagnosis and proper treatment.
