Wear cotton clothes and fully cover your body including face and hands while going in direct sunlight and drink a minimum of three litres of water per day and apply aloevera gel over the lesion.

Only thing required is you have to make adjustments in your bicycle seat like its height its positioning and making it more soft and cushiony with extra padding second thing is wear good fitting underwear so that your private parts are snug and don't come in the way of strokes of the bicycle I think if you adjust these your problems will be solved.

Dear patient, 1.calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. 2. Leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. 3. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. 4.Butter, margarine should be taken. 5.Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body. 6.Try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. 7.you should eat more food at each meal. 8. 1) Diet modification - please take a detailed diet consult for a low fat, low cholesterol diet from a dietitian. If you are over-weight then also discuss this with your dietitian. 2) Avoid drinking and smoking. 3) Avoid consuming sweets or desserts excessively as this is also a cause of cholesterol source. 4) Exercise daily for 40 mins like brisk walking or yoga and brisk walking.

•Mix one drop of rose water with a few drops of honey and apply it on your lips. Do this three or four times a day. •Mix one tablespoon of rose petal paste and one teaspoon of butter, honey, or milk cream. Apply it on your lips and gently scrub. Follow this remedy two times a week. •Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day.

Diabetes is caused due to hormonal imbalance in our bodies. When the equilibrium between insulin and glucagon (hormones related to the sugar levels in the body) is disturbed, an individual suffers from diabetes. The disease is of two types: Diabete mellitus (Type-I and Type II) and Diabetes insipidus. When your body fails to release adequate insulin, the food that we consume is not properly converted into sugar or glucose. This is Type-I diabetes. On the contrary, if body releases defective insulin, one suffers from Type-II diabetes. Type-1 diabetes is sometimes called juvenile diabetes, or insulin-dependent diabetes. Type 1 occurs more frequently in children and young adults, but accounts for only 5-10% of the total diabetes cases nationwide. The basic symptoms of diabetes include changing sugar levels, excessive urination, thirst, weight loss and a lack of energy. Diabetes is caused due to a number of factors, ranging from environmental matters or hereditary links.

Diabetes requires prolonged treatment. Long exposure to allopathic drugs can hamper your body organs due to its side effects.   3. Phosphorus: This compound is given to patients, suffering from diabetes and pancreatic diseases, especially tuberculosis or gouty diathesis. The symptoms include dry mouth, dark and watery stool and restlessness.
  4. Lactic acid: It is helpful for treating gastrohepatic type of diabetes. The symptoms that will have to be present in the patient include light yellow coloured urine, dry skin and tongue, thirst, nausea, and costive bowels.
  5. Insulin: Insulin therapy is an important as it helps in maintaining a balance in the sugar levels and keeps the urine free from sugar.

What exactly is your problem like burning sensation during urination or like you have to go to loo frequently tell me in detail and I will surely advise you to the best of my knowledge. Also send me your usg report as treatment will depend upon the site size n composition of stone. Till then drink plenty of water n avoid high calcium, phosphate, protein diets. Thanks.

You should not use the gadgets too much, you should go to the bed early and create a atmosphere for sleep also avoid coffee at night and do meditation and yoga.

Hi I'm from chennai and 38 years of age. I'm a female and my problem is I have more hairfall during summer months. Is this normal cos I faced the same last summer too. After summer I see less amt of hair falling and again in the months of may to June I face it agn. Is this normal or do I hv to seek any medical help cos I'm really worried loosing hair. Besides I have hypothyroid for the past 1 years and I'm under medication of 50 mg thyronorm daily. My thyroid level is within normal range now after the medication and I'm still taking it. If you have hypothyroidism and if it is not well in control then its symptoms are continuing to appear or remain. On treatment tsh levels should come between 3 to 4 milli units /l, if not then symptoms do remain. Hair fall is a prominent symptom that lasts longer. So please check tsh levels and see that those are maintained as mentioned above. Thanks for the question.

Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast. Fluid should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. You need take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Include protein rich food in your diet.
