The incubation period is usually 1-2 weeks, and the duration of the illness is about 3-4 weeks. Symptoms include: Poor appetite Headaches Generalized aches and pains Fever as high as 104 degrees Farenheit Lethargy Diarrhea Chest congestion develops in many people, and abdominal pain and discomfort are common. The fever becomes constant. Improvement occurs in the third and fourth week in those without complications. About 10% of people have recurrent symptoms after feeling better for one to two weeks. Relapses are actually more common in individuals treated with antibiotics.

The condition of obesity is a troublesome epidemic that is spreading like wildfire. As you gain weight, you become more prone to a wide array of health problems. The main causes of obesity are sedentary lifestyle and excessive intake of food. Eating wrong foods can also causes blood pressure problems, which is further aggravated by stress. The medication provided for blood pressure has certain side effects. It is therefore, important to lose weight to improve your health condition in case you are suffering from obesity and blood pressure. There are surgical as well as non-surgical methods used for reducing fat from the body and that help in gaining the body contour.

Liposuction is a surgical method used to remove the excess fat from the unwanted areas of the body. But it is a painful method and an expensive procedure.

Non-Surgical Methods
Ultrasound Lipolysis: It is a non-surgical method that is used to reduce the fat cells in the body. The fat cells are killed by use of ultrasound waves, and it is a non-invasive method. The main areas where fat cells are reduced include thigh, abdomen, buttocks and upper arm. It is an advanced technique that is ideal for people who wish to achieve weight loss. It reduces the body circumference and improves the body contour.

Massage Treatment: The simple treatment that can be used to reduce cellulite from the body is the Endermology massage treatment. It is a mechanical massage therapy that makes use of a special machine and by which the blood supply in the body is increased by massaging the particular areas like buttocks and hips. It is a non-surgical treatment which is used as a substitute method for liposuction.

Therapies Used For Reduction of Fat: Another non-surgical method for removal of excess fat as well as tough cellulite from the body is Mesotherapy. The therapy involves the use of injectors for delivering the medication to the Mesoderm area and it also rejuvenates the skin. The given condition is corrected by injecting the medication in the Mesoderm, and the injector used for this purpose is known as the Mesogun. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-20 at night daily. TAB. clopidrogal once a day.

Your wfe might be pregnant. Please get her beta hcg test in blood to see for pregnancy. Secondly it may be due to uti. Please do urine for complete exam and cbc test. After 5 days urine pregnancy test if doubt persist.

In winters the'agni' is'teevra' i. E. Digestion is in flared up mode. Enzymes secrete well. We should eat energisers like ghee, jaggery, ajwain, dried ginger, moosli etc based in wheat flour or'urad' flour processed as per directions. It gives immense energy, heat and power to males n females both. Ghee would not gain weight (pl read my tip), workout should be done to remain active. The good effects of this combo would be felt for six to seven months minimum. Traditionally in india esp in northwest india and in north, such dishes are prepared but people tend to concentrate on tasteful combos only. With little addition of herbs, it can become'saptadhatuvardhak' - an effect generally coveted by youngs, adults and olds alike. Little modifications in combos are done as per age to give max benefit.

Everyone loves a thick luscious mane of hair, which is shown on television commercials. To be able to flick around shiny healthy locks, you may have tried the best shampoo brands, made frequent visits to the parlour and consulted the doctors several times. However, did you know that the best nutrition for your hair comes from the food you eat daily? Thinning hair, reduction in hairline, excessive hairfall resulting in an undesirable physical change, can be a major cause of frustration and low self esteem. Healthy and hygienic lifestyle, sufficient sleep, adequate water intake and exercises along with a balanced diet help to promote the growth of hair.

Important nutrients necessary to boost hair growth and volume:

  1. Most of the hair is made of protein and therefore it is of utmost importance to include proteins in the diet. Protein cells are building blocks for hair and strengthen your locks.
  2. Vitamin D leads to a healthy scalp and activates the growth of hair follicles.
  3. Biotin (Vitamin B7) leads to the synthesis of an important hormone known as Keratin which forms the fibrous part of hair.

Carrots can be eaten in a salad, boiled or lightly tossed in the pan in just a few drops of oil and beneficial spices for added flavour.
