First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Both Mr. and Ms. are 67years n 65years old respectively. Our Fasting varies from 115-122 (for both) and PP ranges from 117-125 (for Mr) and 102-119 (for Mrs). As per Clinic's rating PP of Mr. is alarming for, though Fasting and PP in last 18 months are on the border line as per Dr's rating. ARE THESE OPINION CORRECT at this age OR IT IS NOT THAT SERIOUS TO control our diet like Diabetic-patients! WE DO WALKING YOGA regularly. Ms. is thin but fit.

The values mentioned by you for both do not show anything alarming. In fact these are fairly normal values except that fbs values are slightly higher (pre diabetes) pp values for both are absolutely fine. They are not even in pre diabetic stage. I do not understand how these values can be called dangerous. Normal values in non diabetic person are: fbs 70 to 110 mg, pp <140 mg/100ml. Fasting 101 to 125 are said to be prediabetic or also called as fasting impaired glucose. Pp 141 to 199 mg are called as impaired glucose tolerance (igt) or prediabetes. Fbs >126 mg and pp >200 mg considered as diabetes. I hope above information clarifies your doubt.

Your weight should be in between 66-70 kg. You should have a balanced diet, and eat frequently every 3-4 hrs. In between meals, have fruit shakes,(banana/mango/chiku) shakes, sweet lassi, sweet curd, fruit puddings/custards at night, and dates or a handful of nuts in the morning everyday, besides this practice stress relieving techniques like yoga, exercises, do weight training 30-45 min three times a week.

For acne do the following: wash your face 5-6 times daily. Take one cup of spinach juice every day. If you can, eat only fruits and fruit juices for three days. Apply steam on your face. Do some exercise for 20 mins to 30 mins, which will cause heavy sweating on the entire body. These will remove pimples from his face in less than two months. Also remember no lotion, cream or medicine can actually remove them permanently. Only the above treatment can do so.

Hello. Eye floaters can be annoying, but they generally don't interfere with your sight. But sometimes eye floaters are a sign of a more serious condition. Immediate medical attention is especially important if the floaters are accompanied by flashes of light or a loss of side vision. Causes of floaters: Most eye floaters are caused by small flecks of a protein called collagen. The back compartment of the eye is filled with a gel-like substance called vitreous humor. As you age, the vitreous and its millions of fine collagen fibers shrink and become shred-like. Shreds can accumulate in the vitreous. The clear vitreous gel which completely fills the back of the eye earlier in life decreases in size and no longer can fill this space…. it pulls away from the retina and it is often the areas of previous attachment to the retina which are seen as floaters as they now float freely in the vitreous gel. Rarely, eye floaters can result from other eye surgery or: Eye disease Eye injury Diabetic retinopathy Crystal-like deposits that form in the vitreous Eye tumors such as lymphoma (rarely) If they are bothersome, you can move them away from your field of vision by moving your eyes. This maneuver shifts the fluid in your eyes. Looking up and down is usually more effective than looking from side to side.

Best exercises for knee pain dear you can do it, except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial squats e pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. Keside-lying leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, asusing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. As you step up, your knee should be directly over your ankle. Repeat with your left foot. Tep-upsnd check that your knees stay behind your toes. Inner-thigh leg lifts wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, slightly back on your butt. Bend your right leg and place it behind your left leg with your right foot flat on the floor and your left leg straight. Support your head with your left arm. Slowly lift your left leg about 3 to 5 inches, then lower. Repeat with your right leg straight-leg raises sit with your back against a wall, left leg straight and right leg bent with your foot flat on the floor. Slowly raise your left leg straight up about 12 inches off the floor. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. More: 4 treats you can make with protein powder calf rais using a chair or wall for balance, stand with your feet about hip-width apart, toes straight ahead.
