Mix castor oil and a little amount of baking soda until you make a paste. Place the paste on the surface of the mole. Leave the paste on the mole for a few hours. The paste will dry after a few hours. This can be done about twice every day.

I am suffering from my head acne since last 2 year so please give me advice to solve this problem.
Acne is a very common problem of adolescent age, it most commonly occurs due to blockage of sebaceous ducts which carry sebum from sebaceous glands to skin secondly testosterone hormone is also considered responsible for oily skin and consequent acne, so a healthy lifestyle with good diet including more vegetables and fruits, drinking plenty of water, regular exercise will do but for complete eradication you must go through homoeopathic constitutional treatment.

Hello lybrate-user drink plenty of water avoid the following: junk food/fast food milk products chocolates ice cream avoid picking or squeezing your pimples, they'll leave behind pigmentation and scaring. For pimples here is your treatment plan: 1. Clindapene gel night time only 2. Benzac gel 2.5% morning only 3. Tab. Doxy 100mg twice daily after food 4. Tab. Rantac 150mg twice daily before food 5. Use acnoff soap / acnil soap to wash your face before applying the gels. Both the gels have to be applied over full face. All medicines for minimum 1 month after the pimples subside (for acne marks) kindly use 1. Ahaglow face wash twice daily 2. Kojivit cream twice daily after using the face wash over those darker areas @night only 3. Photostable lotion full face in the morning after washing with face wash. Take care.

I am a female of age 16 yrs. I have just noticed that one of my breast is bigger than the other. I don't know from how many days it is. Why this is so? Is this any symptom of ovarian cyst or breast cancer? I am really very worried. Pls tell me.

Dear user asymmetry of breasts is a very common finding and need not be worried until the size discrepancy is too much. Breast ptosis is the term used for loose breasts. It happens either with ageing as the skin and fibres in body become loose or in very lean patients or with sudden weight loss. Mastopexy is the surgical option for loose or assummetric breasts; in this the breast becomes firm and also is lifted from sagging. Giving proper shape to breast increases the aesthetic appearance of breasts. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.

Sebaceous treat can be removed surgically if its painful or secondarily infected. Otherwise no treatment is required and it can be left as it is indefinitely. Good luck.

I am a men of 18. I am facing a problem. My face contain lots of pimples. Can you suggest some methods.

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am a men of 18. I am facing a problem. My face contain lots of pimples. Can you suggest some methods.
Dear lybrate-user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Please go the gynecologist. And get opinion. Over the counter products might not work. The symptoms you have listed can be anything simple to serious and can be made out only by proper examination by the Dr. You have to treat the fire and not the smoke.

BHMS

I am 27 years old man and I have lost my hair near about 30% so please help me what I do?
It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Get the underlying scalp condition like dandruff treated.

Can I use ESKINOL for acne removal. Doea it causes any side effects. I have oily skin.

Can I use ESKINOL for acne removal. Doea it causes any side effects. I have oily skin.
Eskinol may not help much. I would rather suggest you to use a mild/gentle cleanser for face wash, twice daily e. G cetaphil cleansing lotion. You may use a topical antibacterial e. G clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel just as a spot treatment for active acne during day time. At night you may use a topical retinoid e. G adapalene gel, over the whole affected area. Topical retinoids are antiinflammatory as well as comedolytic; therefore they help with both preexisting acne as well as prevent new acne formation. Topical retinoids also help fade away the pigmentation/dark spots/pih as a result of acne and from irritation to salicylic acid. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist, if it is possible. Your doctor may also start you on oral antibiotics e. G doxycycline or azithromycin or minocycline since you have inflammatory acne.

Hi lybrate-user, For removal of moles, there are treatments available like, RF cautery removal, TCA-occlusion removal cryotherapy and many more. Do not attempt to remove them yourself or try any such home based methods. They can lead to pain, bleeding infection and scarring. For improving tone and texture of face and for glowing facial skin, I recommend skin lightening creams, Chemical peels and Microdermabrasion therapy. You will need a skin lightening cream and good sunscreen initially. I can prescribe you that. If satisfactory results are not achieved, you can opt for advanced treatments like peels and dermaroller therapy provide lasting effects I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and help you. You can book a private Text/Audio/Video appointment for further discussion and personalized advice.

I have a bud from past 3 months bit below my waist line. Is there any gel or ointment to remove such thing?
By bud, if you mean a wart/skin tag or mole; there are gems and ointments to remove them but it can burn and leave burn mark. Generally on face, it us not advisable. Burn can cause infection. It is always a good idea to go for a clinical treatment to remove it.
