My friend has some allergy due to which gets suddenly red rashes and starts itching which increases to severe itching in about 30-45 minutes. Then has to take some prescribed tablet from Govt. Hospital which has side effect which the doctor himself has said. This happens every 2nd or 3rd day regularly. Tried ayurvedic medicine treatment including panchakarma but no relief. Earlier tried other allopathy doctors but no relief. Some doctor said sometimes it is due to extra protein intake and stopped pulses and other high protein items and again no relief. What can be done now to cure as it is becoming a psychological problem also now. Please advice.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice, at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals. E) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and aloevera jel in equal quantity, with gentle massage, in the root of hairs, leave it for 15 to 30 min, after that wash it with ROOTZ SHAMPOO. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Hello, white cloth, I can suggest you homoeo medicines: @ antim crud 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ sepia 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ calendula q-10 drops with 1/4 cup of water, clean your face twice a day/ once, when you go out, secondly when you r back home. * you need to take plenty of water. * your meal b easily digestible without junk meal. * avoid, dust, smoke, sun. Report fortnightly. Stay fit.

  1. Turmeric: Turmeric is well known for its yellow colour and anti-inflammatory properties. Many home remedies suggest the use of turmeric for a number of health ailments including skin conditions. Turmeric can fight signs of aging by reducing inflammation and oxidation. This, in turn, helps the skin heal faster. This spice can be added to your food or mixed with warm milk to benefit from it.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. For skin - Use Vitamin E cleanser to clean face. Use Emolene cream.
