Hi doctor, I am 23 old male, having cold for many years, cold attacks only when I ate some cold items, if I did not eat, no prob. Will come. Since I am in this age I like to eat outside food and cool drinks, but this cold is disturbin a lot/. Can I get a solution for this?/

Hello, premature ejaculation occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semen soon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation. Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner. It may happen only in certain sexual situations or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can also cause it. In some cases, it may be related to a medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines. Men with premature ejaculation often report emotional and relationship distress. Medication: give him homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: regular exercising will keep him fit and healthy. Tell him to practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice pelvic floor exercise or kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. You can perform kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections.

everything has a reason and and almost everything has cure also, find the cause of cough at night, its usually in Asthma and allergy, take some precautions, avoid dust, sleep early, do anulom vilom pranayam, take good supplements. consult me if no improvement.

1. Avoid protein rich diets like mutton, egg, fish, 2. Avoid bean, peas, lentill, mushrooms, cauli flower, spinach 3. Take fruits like apple, banana, orange, cherry, lime etc 4. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily 5. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks 6. Reduce weight if overweight 7. Take medicine after consulting physician.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss.

there is no harm in masturbation.its not create any problem in body . 7 to 8 times in month are normal . hello Vijay, this may lead to IBS Avoid outside food strictly drink only purified water . avoid oily spicy food . u need medicines for best results. ayurvedic medicines have good results in this.

There are other drugs that can be applied directly over penis. Testosterone group of drugs are prescribed only in selective cases as they have serious side effects and even they can reduce the size of your testes. In some cases where drugs cannot be given or drugs fail, we advise penile implants or artiificial pump to maintain erection. Finally in very few cases, where blood vessels of penis is blocked, we can cure it by some operations.

He's been going to the gym for the past few months and is also taking supplements for weight loss. He smokes everyday and also drinks but that is not that often. These supplements for weight loss might be having some ingredients which are causing pain in his stomach try to check it by stopping the supplements for a couple of days but if pain persists then you should get investigated for that smoking can cause breathing problems he will have to stop smoking to get rid of it in the meantime take steam inhalation regularly twice a day everyday to clear his air passage.

By introducing low-fat protein sources, such as non-fatty fish, chicken, turkey, and soy products as well as complex carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables, and beans, into a diet rich in fatty acids can be effective in helping control hair loss. By utilizing a healthy diet in tandem with drug and herbal therapies, individuals can greatly increase the odds of their success. 2) Eat sizeable portions of fruits, vegetables, and beans. Don't emphasize potatoes, pasta, and bread. These foods quickly turn to glucose, spinning insulin levels out of control as blood sugar levels rise rapidly and fall just as quickly. This compromises the body's ability to regulate hormone levels in the blood. The foul smelling flatus or flatulence is mainly and usually because of infection of the intestines or constipation. Both the conditions are easily treatable by a family physician. But when you are not responding to the treatments, then some other pathology should also be thought. Colonoscopy i.e. examination of colon by inserting a tube will be required. But first think simple. See a general physician.

It is a good thing that you want to get rid of smoking but it is not easy because there is a lot of conditioning associated with it and these can be spread over the whole day and night!!! When you decide, it must be done immediately and abruptly. Waiting another day will jeopardize the decision. Since you want to do it I recommend that you seek the help of a counselor and do it with support, if the addiction is too much. You need to identify with why you smoke: there is an oral need, the nicotine effect, the psychological effect of covering up some other issue, for style, to impress, etc. You may discover that the reasons may be unimportant at this stage because you have become too addicted and the habit has become compulsive. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need, for a little while. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all, announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. To help process all of the above and to get support, go for counseling and persevere with it until you are completely over it. Regarding addiction to sex, you need to be more specific. Any way it is bound to have the obsession about sex a lot of the day and that will feed into the compulsion to act on it. If it is masturbation that you are addicted to it has some other ramifications and will affect your love life later. If it is addiction to sexual contact with women, then that has to be taken into consideration especially when you will need to withdraw from female company until you have resolve the issue. You will need to meet a sexologist and a counselor to work on the drive and the emotions attached to the addiction. You need to start regular exercise, eat well and sleep well.
