Hello, Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries. For hair :-Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night

I am getting white spots in my body. Could you please provide what medicine I need to take.

I am getting white spots in my body. Could you please provide what medicine I need to take.
Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Which Jobs Are Most Often Associated With Back Pain?

BACK PAIN AND THE WORK PLACE

Back pain is particularly common in adults who are of a working age. It has  been estimated by the health and safety executive (the government body responsible for safety in the work place) that between 2001 and 2002, millions of working days were lost as a result of musculoskeletal disorders.

The majority of these were back pain that was caused or made worse by work. On average, each person with back pain was absent from work for an estimated 18.9 days during this 12 month period. About 13% of unemployed people cite back pain as the reason they are without a job

WHICH JOBS ARE MOST OFTEN ASSOCIATED WITH BACK PAIN?

Back pain can arise in many work situations, but certain occupations carry a greater risk then others. These include:

·        Heavy manual labouring

·        Heavy equipment operating

·        Nursing

·        Delivery work

·        Removal work

·        Manual packing of goods

·        Office work involving sitting at a computer station.

In general, jobs that involve heavy lifting, handling bulky loads in awkward places, handling vibrating equipment like pneumatic drills or driving long distances over rough ground, can all make back pain worse. Office jobs can also aggravate back pain.

Spending all day sitting at a badly adjusted workstation performing a repetitive task like typing or answering the phone, can make the problem worse. A number of exercises can be performed whilst you sit at your desk, which can minimize the chances of suffering from back pain.
