Number of medicines in homoeopathy to stop hair fall permanently. But medicines depends up on the severity and onset. Mix one tablespoon each of amla pulp and lemon juice, massage your scalp thoroughly, cover your hair with a shower cap, leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning. Accident scars can be treated with a variety of physical modalities like injections, lasers, in certain cases even surgical measures -both invasive and minimally invasive. Medications will not help much. Meanwhile you can use vanish cream over it.

You have to make a lot of lifestyle changes. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twice a week and shampoo on the same day. Use mild shampoos. Massage scalp thoroughly to increase blood circulation. Towel dry hair, do not use blow dryers. Make sure not to sleep with wet damp hair. Comb hair regularly before going out. Protect your hair from sun by keeping it covered with a cap or scarf. Stay away from alcohol and caffeinated drinks like coffee and cola since they produce antioxidants which damage free radicals. Exercise regularly for it promotes blood flow and enhances healthy, shiny hair growth. Yoga and meditation help destress.

My mother doesn't sleep more than 4 hrs throughout in a day. I noticed that she tried to sleep but she couldn't. She looses temper very quickly, and she got very angry and become very happy within a short time.

This does not sound too good and she must meet a doctor and a counselor in tandem for a long time for treatment. So without wasting time do take your mom to a doctor and to a counselor for diagnosis and treatment immediately. You must make sure that she cooperates because many times they do not believe that there is something wrong and would love to quit the medication. Complying with all the medical prescriptions and working in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learning coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges your mom will face is very important. There are certain adaptations that will suit her during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime she can do certain things that will give her benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. She needs to particularly look at her levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that she may never be aware of it now. Let her talk to her parents and explore that angle. This information will help the counselor too. Also she will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. She must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If her motivation and cooperation is good much can be achieved. She must have a time-structured schedule filled with interesting and reasonable activities and it must be monitored for compliance and delivery. The reason I say this is that many times she will be inclined to have grandiose notions and confidently believe that she can do without the medication. This will set her back many months in the treatment and delay and sabotage the recovery: forewarned she is forearmed. If this combination of medication with therapy is maintained for at least three years without any episodes or breakdowns, it is possible to taper the medication in consonance with the doctor. This condition is characterized by two extremes i.e. feeling very high and suddenly feeling very low. You can ask the doctor for the symptoms he noticed in her for a personal understanding.

Weight loss is net result of the diet and exercise you do. It is not possible to lose 7-10 kgs in a month. You can aim for 2 kgs in a month and that way, over a period of 6 months you can lose 10-12 Kgs. 30 mins brisk walk is not enough for weight loss. 30 mins brisk walk burn about 125 calories, that is about the calories in two digestive biscuits. You have to enhance the time to 45-60 mins. Also you need to convert walk into jog/run. Gradually. Follow these diet tips. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. - Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

Did you know that foods can be divided into categories based on their colours and each category has a collective set of health benefits? this not only makes foods interesting, but also helps remember which food is good for which health aspect. 

Foods are broadly divided into six categories based on their colors.

  1. White - these foods assist in immune support. Garlic, onions, white beans, potatoes, mushrooms and cauliflower fall under this category. While garlic & onions help reduce the risk of cancer in stomach, colon & rectum, white beans & potatoes help lower blood cholesterol levels. Mushrooms are known to provide the important nutrients and cauliflower contains antioxidants & is also beneficial for women who are pregnant.

HI…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of vanari kalp with 250 ml of lukewarm MILK, in the morning instead of break fast… B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk with pinch of black salt after meals… C) take 2 tablets of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA along with 1 tsf of honey and 30 ml of aamla juice early morning on empty stomach… D) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
