Hello. Only medicines are not enough for the acidity problem. First we should know the cause. Detailed history of food habits and other habits. Many times inside infections can also cause acidity.

I had cold and cough, I realized after few days my rectum started hurting and I can see mucus coming out with stool. Please help me is it something so serious m shy to go n consult the doctor about same.

Hello, take Berberis vulgaris Q, 15 drops with water thrice daily. Take Cholesterinum 3X , 2 tabs twice daily. Home remedies :- 1. The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar stops the liver from making cholesterol that is responsible for forming the most common type of gallstones. It also plays a key role in dissolving gallstones and alleviating pain. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice. Drink it whenever you have a gallstone attack. This will significantly ease the pain within 15 minutes. you can add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Doing this regularly for weeks can dissolve gallstones and prevent pain. 2. Pears can also provide relief from gallstone pain and other symptoms. The compound pectin present in pears helps soften cholesterol-filled gallstones, which in turn get flushed out of your body easily. Mix half a glass of pear juice with half a glass of hot water. Mix in two tablespoons of honey. Drink this juice three times a day for two weeks. peel and de-seed some pears. Cut the pears in small pieces and cook them in water for about 20 minutes. Eat a bowl of the warm cooked pears twice daily for two weeks. All of the following are healthy foods for your gallbladder, as well as the rest of your body:- Fresh fruits and vegetables Whole grains (whole-wheat bread, brown rice, oats, bran cereal) Lean meat, poultry, and fish Low-fat dairy products.

My backside pain when I go to sleep, and gas problem, how to relive this problem?
Do gentle massage with hot oil for 10 minutes 2 times a day. For gases avoid spicy & oily food. Do daily exercise vajrasana & pavanmuktasan will help you in both. So it regularly. If back ache is not relieved by this consult doctor.

No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

DO’S In Gastritis: Chew your food properly. Eat SLOWLY. Many people find it so hard to do this. Taking meals'on the run' is a no-no, Chew and swallow food slowly. Be relaxed when you are eating, Sit upright or even stand up when you eat, Choose low fat foods rather than fatty foods, Finish eating at least two hours before you go to bed, Drink Water - lots of it! In most cases, a glass of water can relieve abdominal pains within ten minutes. Eat three small meals plus three snacks per day. Eat regularly to avoid periods of hunger. DO not: Try not to drink too much tea or coffee - caffeine raises acid levels. Avoid food sources like dairy products, cola beverages, fatty and fried foods, tomato products, and hot spices. Try abstaining from alcohol - it also raises acid levels. Smoking - nicotine also raises acid levels. Try not to use any form of aspirin (check those packaging inserts) Painkillers and arthritis medications (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or NSAID's) which contain ibuprofen (again, check those packaging inserts) can cause ulcers and delay the healing process Antacids should be used sparingly or avoided - most antacids contain magnesium and can cause diarrhea. Stop eating any food that causes discomfort - even if it tastes nice! Foods that are well toleratedVegetables - Fresh, frozen, or canned. Vegetables, Okra, sweet potatoes, squash, yams, broccoli, brussel sprouts, bean sprouts, carrots and carrot juice, potatoes, cabbage juice. Fruit - Papaya, avocados, bananas, Blue grapes, almonds and almond milk and any other fresh, frozen, and canned fruits. High-fiber foods - Brown rice, barley, oats, are helpful as they can naturally coat and soothe your stomach lining. Eggs - 3-4 egg yolks per week maximum. Smooth peanut butter -Fresh, frozen, and canned fruits. Meat in small 6oz portions at most - lean beef, pork, lamb, veal, crispy bacon, lean ham, and skinless poultry. Fish - All fresh, frozen, or canned fish packed in water. Foods to be avoided or that are not well toleratedThe foods listed below are to be totally avoided or taken in little amounts if it doesn't aggravate the symptoms. Abrasive roughage - like bran, nuts, popcorn, and seeds. Red meat in large quantities - animal proteins are high in acids. High-fat breads and cereals such as croissants, biscuits and crackers, and granola-based cereals. Also breads with nuts or dried fruit, or seeds. Wild rice. Raw vegetables, corn, tomatoes and tomato based products. Berries, figs, lemons, grapefruit, oranges, pineapples, and tangerines. Orange, pineapple and grapefruit juice. Highly processed or seasoned meats or poultry or fish - such as corned beef, polonies, sausages, sardines and anchovies. All fried or fatty meat, poultry, or fish. Snacks - Highly seasoned salad dressings, cakes, cookies, pies, pastries, chips, doughnuts, fried potatoes and buttered popcorn, Coconut, chocolate. Also sweets and desserts containing nuts, coconut or fruit should be avoided.

For quick relief, you can use eno kind of sachets in water. In homeo, you can try arsenic alb 200& nux. Vomica 200 alternatively every 2-3 hrly till you get the relief. Take bland diet, & more water for long results. Avoid junkk/spicy, oily food. Take natrum phos 6x daily 5-5 for few mnths.

What are the symptoms of acidity.
1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Revert back after 10 days. Soya milk can cause indigestion. For gerd and acid disease you require strict dietary precautions. Avoid spicy oily food. No junk food. Stop smoking and and alcohol if you do. Take antacids. Don't lie down immediately after meals. Raise your headend by 30 degrees while sleeping.

Hello Adithya I need your detail history but start following: * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice. I need detailed history for better solution & medicine, you can cunsult me later on. Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk.
