For High BP and diabetic people which form of exercise is more appropriate Yoga or gym.
Yoga is what I recommend to my patients. Basically, when you exercise regularly, it is all good, but once the gym membership is over, all exercises cease. This has a bad affect on health and diabetes. Yoga is something which doesn't need sophisticated equipments and can be easily done as per the patients convenience. Amongst exercises, swimming is the best.

Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to.

Absorption will be delayed or blocked in gastritis but you have to find the cause of increase in sgpt .It may be hepatitis.

Hi, Role of facials is unproductive in all skin types but especially on acne prone skin it can have a negative role. The creams used for facials can have lot of irrtant chemical and oils which block the pores of skin. Blocked pores leads to fast progress of acne.

Hello, if the cycle is between 23-35 days it is still considered as regular and nominal delay by 2-3 days can be due to stress induced hormonal imbalance.

विटामिन ए मानव शरीर के लिए बहुत ही जरूरी होता है. विटामिन ए का उपयोग आँखों की रोशनी, माँसपेशियों की मजबूती, हड्डियों की वृद्धि और रक्त में कैल्शियम का स्तर सही बनाए रखने में बहुत लाभदायक होता है. विटामिन ए वसा में घुलनशील विटामिन है. विटामिन ए आमतौर पर रेटिनॉयड और कैरोटिनॉयड दो रूपों में पाया जाता है. हमारे शरीर के लिये विटामिन ए अत्यधिक महत्तवपूर्ण है जो फलों और सब्जियों में मुख्य रूप से पाया जाने वाला विटामिन होता है. फलों और सब्जियों में कैरोटिनॉयड की मात्रा भरपूर होने के कारण सब्जियों का रंग गहरा और चमकीला होता है. विटामिन हमारे शरीर के सभी अंगों को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में मदद करते हैं. विटामिन ए अनेक फलों तथा सब्जियों में अधिक मात्रा में पाया जाता है जो हमारे शरीर के लिए बहुत लाभदायक है.

विटामिन ए के स्रोत
विटामिन ए के अच्छे स्रोत हैं गाजर, चुकंदर, शलजम, शकरकंद, मटर, टमाटर, ब्रोकली, कद्दू, साबुत अनाज, हरी पत्‍तेदार सब्‍जियां, धनिया, गिरीदार फल, पीले या नारंगी रंग के फल, आम, तरबूत, पपीता, चीकू, पनीर, सरसों, राजमा, बींस, अंडा आदि इन सभी में उचित मात्रा में विटामिन ए पाया जाता है.

विटामिन ए के फायदे
स्वस्थ शरीर के लिए विटामिन बहुत जरूरी होता है. विटामिन ए के उपयोग से हमारी आँखों की रौशनी तेज होती है और आँखों की मांसपेशिया भी मजबूत बनती हैं. यह आंखों के रेटिना में रंग उत्पन्न करता है. विटामिन ए एक एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट है. एंटी-ऑक्सीडेंट्स शरीर की कोशिकाओं को फ्री रेडिकल्स के हानिकारक प्रभावों से बचाने का काम करता है. विटामिन ए हृदय रोगों, अस्थमा, डायबिटीज और कई अन्य रोगों में भी लाभदायक है. विटामिन ए इम्यून तंत्र को मजबूत बनाने में बहुत ही अच्छा होता है जिससे हमारी कोशिकाएं सक्रिय होने से बची रहती है. इसलिए हमें रोजाना विटामिन ए युक्त आहार का सेवन करना चाहिए. विटामिन ए युक्त आहार के सेवन से हमारा शरीर और त्वचा स्वस्थ और जवान बनी रहती है.

विटामिन ए लेने से नुकसान
अत्याधिक विटामिन ए की मात्रा लेना हानिकारक हो सकता है सिरदर्द, दस्त, बाल गिरना, देखने में दिक्कत, थकावट, स्किन खराब हो जाना, हड्डी और जोडों में दर्द, हृदय को नुकसान पहुंचना और लडकियों में असमय मासिक धर्म जैसी समस्या हो सकती है. गर्भवती महिला में गर्भ के दौरान अत्याधिक विटामिन ए की मात्रा लेने से पेट में पलते बच्चे को नुकसान हो सकता है.

विटामिन ए की कमी के लक्षण और नुकसान
विटामिन ए हमारे शरीर की त्वचा, बाल, नाखूनों आदि के लिए लाभदायक होता है. विटामिन ए की कमी से कमजोर दांत, थकान, सूखे बाल, सूखी त्वचा, साइनस, क्रोनिक डायरिया, निमोनिया, सर्दी – जुखाम, वजन में कमी, नींद ना आना, नाईट ब्लाइंडनेस (रतौंधी) जैसे रोग होते है.

Dear dctr, My aunty (Age 48) has been facing mild fever (99. 5F) daily evening time for last one month and she getting normal without taking any medicine. Family dctr has been give so many test like TLC, DLC,blood sugar, creatinine,lipid profile tag urine routine test, mantoux test, ESR.But all reports are normal. Hello, She should go for underlying natural norms. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate her body to eliminate toxins. Go for meditation to reduce stress and to cool her body to ease her problem.
