What is leg weakness? leg weakness can occur as part of a generalized feeling of weakness all over your body, or it may develop in one or both legs. True weakness occurs when the muscles lose their strength, but people often perceive that their muscles are weak when they feel ill or tired. In these cases there is not a true loss of muscle function. The sudden onset of muscle weakness can be a sign of stroke, a potentially life-threatening condition in which part of the brain is deprived of oxygen. This article focuses on conditions that cause a true loss of strength in the leg muscles. Among the most common causes for leg weakness is sciatica, problems with the spinal cord that lead to pinching or compression of the nerves as they exit the spinal cord through the holes between the vertebrae of the backbone. Sciatica may be caused by various conditions. In addition to weakness in one part of the arm or leg, other symptoms such as tingling, burning or pain may occur. 1. Bananas bananas are a great source of natural sugars like sucrose, fructose, and glucose that can give you a quick and substantial energy boost. Plus, bananas have potassium, a mineral your body needs to convert sugar into energy. The fiber in bananas also helps maintain the glucose level in your blood. Whenever you feel weak, eat one or two bananas. You can also try a banana shake or smoothie. To help strengthen your body and keep from feeling weak, eat a ripe banana with one tablespoon of honey twice daily. 2. Almonds almonds are packed with vitamin e that can help you feel energetic and fight the symptoms of general weakness. Also, the high dose of magnesium in almonds plays a role in changing protein, fat, and carbohydrates into energy sources. A mild deficiency of magnesium may be the cause of weakness in some people. Soak two almonds, one dried fig, and a few raisins in water overnight. In the morning, remove the almonds, figs and raisins and drink the water. Peel and eat the almonds, followed by the fig and raisins. Also, carry roasted almonds with you and whenever you feel fatigue or weak, eat some to get instant energy. 3. Milk milk is considered the best source of vital b vitamins that are believed to reduce weakness. Also, it is a good source of calcium that keeps your bones and muscles strong. Whenever you have weakness, drink a cup of warm milk with one teaspoon of honey mixed in it. You can also boil two to three figs in one cup of milk. Eat the boiled figs and drink the milk to gain strength. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of clarified butter to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice daily to cure weakness caused by excessive loss of blood. 4. Indian gooseberry also known as amla, indian gooseberry is a highly nutritious fruit that can improve your energy level. It is a good source of vitamin c, calcium, protein, irons, carbohydrates, and phosphorous. Simply eating one indian gooseberry daily can strengthen a weak immune system. Deseed a few indian gooseberries and put them in a juicer to extract fresh juice. Mix two tablespoons of the juice with an equal amount of honey. Drink it two or three times a day for a week. 5. Ginseng known for centuries as a powerful antioxidant, ginseng can give you more energy whenever you feel weak. The calm and soothing nature of this herb will also have an instant effect on your nerves. Cut one ginseng root into thin slices. Simmer eight to 10 slices in three cups of water for 15 minutes on low heat. Strain the solution, add a little honey and allow it to cool. Drink one to three cups of ginseng tea daily as needed. Note: ginseng is not suitable for those who have high blood pressure. 6. Licorice licorice is another herb that can fight the various symptoms of weakness. This herb motivates the adrenal hormones naturally produced by the body, thus giving your energy and metabolism a boost. Add one teaspoon of licorice powder and two teaspoons of honey to a glass of warm milk. Drink it twice a day to feel more energetic. Note: licorice can raise blood pressure in some individuals, so consult your doctor before taking it on a regular basis.

Apply raw papaya with rose water, apply lemon n honey, apply. Atta as a scrubber, apply tomato ,with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem.

Meri Puri body par gaanth ho rhi Hai ,can you please tell the reason for it.
You seem to be suffering from lipomas which are benign tumors of fat cells. They are harmless but are a cosmetic concern for the patients. There are no medicines or diet management plans that can remove them. The only treatment to get rid of them is to go for surgical excision of these lumps. You can upload picture so that I can have a look at it let you know further. I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

We all want to live happy and fulfilling lives - it's a natural part of being human. The question is how do we cope with all the times when happiness seems out of reach and life is just downright difficult?

Our society tends to equate happiness with success, so it can be hard to admit when things are not going as well as we would wish. This is particularly true when we are dealing with stress. Who wants to admit that they are feeling overwhelmed and under pressure, or that sometimes they feel so anxious and worried that they don't know how to get up in the morning?

To try and keep ourselves on track we tend to push ourselves to keep going and act as if everything is fine, even when it is not. However, in order to do that we need to do a lot of pretending - starting with ourselves - and the easiest way to keep up the pretence is to distract ourselves from whatever it is that is causing us all the stress in the first place.

So we go shopping, open a bottle of wine, eat a big meal, or check out facebook - we each have our own particular way of comforting ourselves when we are hurting.


Try recognizing your stress

What if we did the opposite? what if we allowed ourselves to lean into the places where it hurts, where things are uncomfortable? not to lean in so far that we fall into despair but just far enough that we get a clear idea about what is going on.

Then maybe we see that the row we had with our partner only sprung up when it did because we were completely over-tired and stretched. Or the boss we feel is tormenting us is actually completely panicked at the thought of being demoted at the next management overhaul.

In other words, when we try and protect ourselves from stress we can actually make things worse by avoiding taking a clear, realistic look at what is happening and getting stuck on what we think is happening. When we do this we are working from habit, rather than looking at each situation freshly with awareness and compassion.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly consult physician for further management

burning sensation may be due acute gastritis or may be due to some liver disorder. take some homoeopathic medicince. Rx natrum phos 6x /qid 4-4 tab daily china 30/ tds 2-2 drops directly on tongue. Lycopodium 1m/ 1dose only once in morning.do not repeat next day. management- don't take oily oily spicy fried food. take chapati,khidri, sabudana, fruits & fruit juices. stop tea ,coffee & smoking if u have habit. take 3-4 liters water / day. clear ur bowels daily. avoid late night dinner. finish ur dinner before 8.00 pm

Kindly take bolbaddha rasa, 2 tabs, with lodhrasava, 20 ml twice a day, after meals. Take pushyanug chroona 100 gm and add, praval pishti-20gms, mukta pishti-3 gm, abharaka bhasma (1000 puti)- 4 gms. Make a mixture of these drugs. Take these medicines of dhutpapeshwara ayu pharma company. Take this mixture before meals, 1 tsf in half a glass of freshly prepared rice water, twice a day. Avoid excess tea, coffee, spicy food in your routine. Take bottle gourd, bitter gourd, gheeya in your diet, pomegranate in your diet regularly. Continue the regime for 45 days. Stay in touch.
