This is normal. Lower abdominal pain is du to enlarment of uterus. Take atleast 2.5 to 3 ltrs of water to reduce head ache.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! In your case, PCOD is major cause for hairloss! So, get your problem of PCOD treated first. Take homoeopathic Rx for hairloss - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness).

I was a happy and good minded guy still somewhat I am but its gone bad when somehow I started spending most of my time at home . My cousin gave me all kinds of Hollywood TV series and I was never this guy of giving such time to any kind of series but I started watching them everyday and 5 hours a day . It all started 2 years back . I saw a lot of changes in me at that time , I started going late and I was unable to get rid of it. I started spending giving time to TV series and I started liking it a lot. Because of all this I never felt but I had developed social anxiety issue . I was not believing at first that a guy like me I was use to so confident and had killer instinct , how was I having social anxiety and somewhere still it is present in me . Whenever I have to go out for some work I hated going out . All this was because I started blushing for no good reason . In metro whenever any one use to stare at me I started blushing but earlier it was not a big deal . Even in simple conversation I use to go red and it was awkward very awkward for me . Its been 2 years now I always had fight with it . I never used any drug . Now its much better to some extent but still even today whenever I am put on spot it happens again . I do not know even if I could get rid of it completely . I just want it to be over .

Yes, you can get rid of it completely. This is particularly true, because, in the past you were that way. It can be done either with or without medicines depending upon your choice. F you want a more rapid effect, medicines can be combined with psychotherapy or advanced counseling or behavior therapy. So the bottomline is it is completely possible to make you the way you were earlier. If you only want to take medicines, I will need a few more details like any other medical or psychological problem that you have or may have had earlier, history of bipolar disorder either in yourself and your family. These issues are best addressed in an in person interview, but if it is not possible, a somewhat toned down version can be tried online as well. It is upto you, take care!

You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Well. Correctly place your monitor just lil below the eyesight level. Do sit correctly before the computer with correct body posture. Your headache can be mainly because of stress on your eyes. Purchase a good quality branded glasses for eyes to lower down the stress due to radiation through monitor. And most important. Blink your eyes frequently after every 10 minutes and focus on very distant object for every 10 minutes when you work on computer for long time. Do this and see if you get relief. Thanx with regards.

Take 5 leaves of parizaad tree leaves also called as harsinghaar. Make a paste of those 5 leaves, put the paste in 150 ml water and put to boil. Boil for 20 minutes than drink that water and chew the leaves. Do this for 7 days early morning empty stomach, your problem will be cured permanently.

In January ,during my journey in bus, I got a severe backache. When I consulted the doctor, he told me that I had a disc slip problem ,some space had been created in lower discs. He suggested me physiotherapy and exercise and gave me medicines (pain killer and to remove inner swelling ). This treatment continued for more than a month. Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Hello only medicines will not help het. You need to find out the reason behind it. Medicines will give symptomatic relife. You need to correct her eating habits. Do consult for further treatment. Till then suggested to take pathyadi kadha 3 spoons with warm water for 2 times for 8 days. 1 tsf of avipattikar churna at night while sleeping with warm water. Consult after 8 days.
