You will have to work exhaustingly to cut down on your weight it is too much for your age basic formula to cut down weight is to consume lesser calories than you spend during the day make a sincere effort to select low calorie food and exercise atleast for one hour every day cut down on sweets bakery products and areated drinks totally drink plenty of water join som outdoor game.

Hi welcome - I must say not only low calorie diet plan but exercises at a certain level of outdoor some activities can help you best & quickly. Only low calorie some restrictions based diet may not be always results oriented. You can plan 1200 calorie diet for a month. It's better to v personlised by an expert dietitian.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

I am too obese after delivery. Earlier I was taking cholesterol rich foods. I suffered from mild stroke symptoms at the final month of delivery and later recovered from that. Now my belly is still protruding. Now reduced cholesterol intake foods to the maximum extent still sometimes, I feel like nerves are pulling me. Before starting the diet weigh yourself and write it down somewhere. This way you know where you started and you feel good to see the scales going down. Some things you need to follow this diet: No salt after 7:30No aerated drinks. Yes that includes even the diet version.Restrict mango and bananaRestrict potato and rice.No artificial juices as well.Half an hour of aerobic exercise daily. If u want to join a gym good enough. But if due to any reason maybe time or money constraint u can?t join a gym. All you need is a comfortable pair�of shoes to do some aerobics, a skipping rope to do at least 500 skips (5 sets of 100 skips and increasing it as you go). 1.5 -2 kgs dumbbells for toning your upper body. Just these basic things and you are set.20 mins of breathing exercise ( pranayama)

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

A SIMPLE AND GOLDEN RULE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Increase the amount of exercise and physical activity you get.

There are all sorts of weight loss programs claiming that they have the way to get fit and lose weight without exercise. What they all have in common is that they’re getting it wrong. Exercise is not a negotiable aspect for weight loss. The important thing to understand is that you have to get the body moving more than it currently is. That means different things for different people. Most of us have a sedentary life. Life is no longer active for us. We don't have to work in fields or get water from a well or travel places on foot. Life has been really simplified for us. Every work is now done by the click of a button. So, including some form of exercise becomes mandatory.

If you currently lead a sedentary lifestyle, you don’t want to go zero to three sixty overnight, or you’ll end up getting burned out. If you’re already pretty active you might want to consider amping things up and taking it to the next level if you’ve found that you’ve reached a plateau.

Another point to consider is that it doesn’t really matter what you do, or how much of it you do in any given day, but you’ll want to do it at least three times a week if it’s strenuous, or every day if it’s walking or other light activities.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Dear lybrate user, if you wish to lose weight, you need to modify you lifestyle and food habits. If health is important for you, then please find out some time slot in your tight schedule which you can devote to either yoga, jogging, cycling or going to the gym. It may appear difficult to find time for this, but you need to somehow find time for this. May be get up earlier than your usual time or work out at night. Once you start your physical exercise, you will realize that it will help you in losing weight and at the same time it acts as a stress buster. It is very important to have healthy food and on time. If home food is not possible find out some other options like getting tiffin delivered at office from online catering services or any mess or find a place near your office where you will get a square meal. You may also consult a nutritionist.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Easy tips for weight loss and good physical health
  • Include small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of just 2-3 large meals.
  • Replace refined grains like maida and white rice with whole grains like atta , dalia, suji, barley, oats, jowar, millets (ragi, bajra) and brown rice. Use a combination of different grains in a single meal.
  • Include salads with healthy dressings like curd/ lemon/ vinegar/ mint, etc. twice a day.
  • Consume 2-3 fruits regularly along with peel.
  • Avoid packaged/ canned/ processed/ junk foods/ sugar products on a daily basis.
  • Replace fizzy drinks with coconut water/ buttermilk (chaans)/ lassi/ fresh fruit juice.
  • Consume cereals in measured amounts. Small plates and bowls help in controlling the portion size.
