Let your CT imaging to assess by surgical oncologist to check resectability. if resectable surgery should be done earliest possible. there also risk of becoming inoperable with further chemotherapy if it is not responding to chemotherapy

Surgery is must. Adequate surgical resection is most important for cancer control. Cytoreductine surgery with hipec is also an option.

It could be any number of causes from simple infection to tb to any cancer. (though cancer would be the last option.) in india, tb is much more common. Please show it to a surgeon. He may start you on antibiotics if simple infection is suspected or take a biopsy or remove the whole node for pathology examination and that will help plan further treatment if other diseases are suspected.

I am 47 years having problem of erect dysfunction and unable to have sufficient sex. Due to increased prostate. Please advise me ayurvedic treatment so I can lead healthy sex life.

MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Aurangabad
It is natural for a man to feel erection when he is sexually aroused. The muscles, nerves, hormones and blood vessels all work together and maintain an erection. If a man is unable to obtain and maintain erection of penis during sexual activity if a man has difficulty in getting firm or erection or is unable to maintain an erection during the sexual penetration, he is most likely has a condition called Erectile dysfunction. It is normal for a man not to be able to achieve erection on some occasions, but if it is regular then it needs attention. Inability to achieve full erection could be either due to psychological or medical reasons and can be treated with right guidance and treatment. Psychological reasons includes chemistry with your sexual partner, any guilt, fear of intimacy negative feelings depressions can affect the erection. Medical conditions like thickening of the walls of the arteries, obesity, heart diseases, prostate disorder, any injury to the pelvic region or any other such underlying diseases that affects the proper flow of blood to the penis can cause erectile dysfunction. External factors like tobacco use, alcohol consumption and drug abuse can also restrict the blood flow resulting in erectile dysfunction. In most of the cases erectile dysfunction is due to any underlying medical condition. Good diet and daily exercises are very important to keep you mentally and physically fit. It will improve both your psychological and medical well-being. If any psychological factor is causing trouble, then meditation, breathing exercises like Pranayam staying away from stress and anxiety, talking more with your partner about the problem may help. The best treatment option suitable to your problem can be considered after a detailed analysis of your symptoms and case history. Get in touch with me homeopathy doctor to get right treatment advice.

Sir I am a girl and I see something small thing stone like in my left breast. It sometimes gets big sometimes seems small but sir I feel so pain. please sir suggest me what I have to do?

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
It looks like it is fibroadenoma and as you said it is painful, it should be removed after initial investigation like mammography and sonography of the breast and/or FNAC. Fibroadenomas are not cancer and don’t increase the risk of developing breast cancer. They occur because of an increased sensitivity to the female hormone estrogen. A fibroadenoma usually has a smooth rubbery feel and can move easily under the skin. They are usually painless, but some people may feel pain. It is very common can occur in numbers. It can occur at any age. Most are about 1 to 3cm in size but occasionally, it can grow to more than 5cm. Most fibroadenomas stay the same size. Some get smaller and some eventually disappear over time. Sometimes surgery is required to remove large fibroadenomas.

Everyone?s breasts are different, altering with age and at different times of the month. Lookout for changes that are unusual for you. Such as

I am Aslam aged 60. My prostate is enlarged in size and measures 4.1*4.4*3.9cm vol 36.9cc Impression: prostatomegaly bilateral large simple renal cortical cyst what should I do?

M.Ch - Urology/Genito-Urinary Surgery, Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Urology and Renal Transplant, MS - General Surgery
Urologist, Hyderabad
Dear your scan reports mention prostatomegaly approx 37 cc with bilateral large simple renal cyst. Firstly, treatment of prostate enlargement depends on your symptoms. If you don't have any urinary complaints you may not require treatment at all or if they are mild can be treated with medicines. If moderate to severe, surgery might be required. Secondly, I would like to know the size of renal cyst even though if they are simple. As such for simple cyst no active treatment is required.

I am 40 year old and use rajni Gandhi without tobacco and now my mouth not fully open it should be cancer tell me.

DNB, MBBS
Oncologist, Faridabad
Dear sir, keeping zarda or pan masala in mouth can cause injury leading to fibrosis. Even injury from sharp teeth or ill fitting dentures may cause fibrosis, leading to a premalignant condition called submucosal fibrosis where the mouth opening is reduced as checked by number of fingers easily going in mouth between teeth. You must quit any kind of addiction, check with oncologist or ENT surgeon for any ulceration or even white or red patches, and consume antioxidants and preparation with lycopene. Do not ignore as cancer is increasing very fast.
