The intolerance is to milk. Doesn't matter what type of milk you are taking. There are plenty of other sources of calcium mainly non vegetarian, eggs, drumsticks, green leafy vegetables etc.

Hi, Take tab. Rhukot 2 tabs 3 times a day and 2 tsf of Maharasnadi Kashaya mixed with equal quantity of water, 3 times a day after food. Apply Dashaanga lepa on the affected joints at night and wash it the next day morning. Rhukot gel may be applied for pain during the day time. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, etc food which aggrevates the pain.

Hi. Avoid steroid medicines. Hair fall / whitening may be heredity reasons and fungal infection in scalp and hormones imbalances and stress and less minerals in body also. Avoid stress. Take minerals / vitamins/ protein rich meals. Control hormones. Avoid any cosmetic shampoo and hair oil. Use alovera shampoo and coconut hair oil. Use ketomac shampoo once a week regularly. It protects from fungal infections. May be use minerals drops twice a week in hair directly. Or take hormones therapy.

Opting for healthier choices of food can make your lunch the most important and beneficial meal of the day during the ever present rush of work.   1. Egg Sandwich: Eggs are a very healthy and nutritious choice for any meal. Egg sandwiches are compact as it provides carbohydrates from the bread, protein from eggs and vitamins and other essential nutrients from the vegetables and Greek yogurt, which is used as a base. Opt for brown bread and your egg sandwich ends up being a healthy delightful dish you can happily gorge on.
  2. Garbanzo beans (Chickpeas) and Chapatti: Chickpeas are very nutritious and they are also high in protein. Use them in a curry with vegetables like tomatoes, onions and such. Some Chapatti along with this curry makes a healthy balanced meal.

Hi lybrate-user. According to your age pimples are normally occur and many hormonal changes occur in our body. Daily face ko dhoyie kam se kam 5-6 time and avoid soap. Use only facewash. And avoid junk food, oily food clean your face. And take green vegetables. And please avoid sour food and pickles. Use multani mitti with lemon and milk. Or you can use besan with milk. Then after giving medicine if not better by these prevention.

Hello, try out this solution q try to sleep in supine position calmly and relax your body and close your eyes and try to only hear the sound of your breathing after a while you will feel light weighted and then try to sleep with out any thought process in your mind. Relax yourself and get off to sleep but try this on the ground rather than your bed which may be of thick mattress. Thank you.

Mr Srinivasa Rao, The very fact that sugar (blood glucose) level is going out of control, is a sign of ill health. Because persistent hyperglycemia affects every single vital organ in the body like eyes (retina), small & large blood vessels, kidney, heart, lower limbs, peripheral nerves and lipid metabolism etc. leading to serious long term complications. So my suggestion is please see that blood glucose level is brought under a strict control. There is no other option. Otherwise, suddenly some complication may come up without warning. Thanks.
