Hi lybrate-user, eggs are a complete source of nutrition and has high protein content. Boiled eggs are suggested to those who want to lose weight as it has the least calories as compared to omlette or egg bujiya. However eggs can be eaten by those who want to gain weight and those you are gyming also as it helps to provide energy and build muscle. Eggs alone will not increase your weight. You need to increase your daily food intake also. Have 5 -6 meals daily after every 2-3 hours. Eat bananas or banana milkshakes.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. The only way to know whether you really have fever or just weakness us to note your body temperature. Just buy a digital thermometer and start recording your body temperature whenever you feel you r hving fever. And make a chart with date and time.

I have peptic ulcers from last two months and I have acidity problem. What should I have to do?

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. It might be because of low heamoglobin so apart from taking symptomatic treatment also take tablet dexorange twice a day and tablet folvite once a day and eat green vegetables daily.

Narcolepsy is a long term neurological disorder that involves a decreased ability to regulate sleep-wake cycles.[1] Symptoms include periods of excessive daytime sleepiness that usually lasts from seconds to minutes and may occur at any time. About 70% also have periods of sudden loss of muscle strength, known as cataplexy. These spells can be brought on by strong emotions. Less commonly there may be vivid dream like images or the inability to move for a period of time during falling asleep or upon waking-up. People with narcolepsy sleep about the same amount of hours per day as people without but the quality of sleep tends to be worse.[1] The cause of narcolepsy is unknown.[2] In up to 10% of cases there is a family history of the disorder. Often those affected have low levels of the neurotransmitter hypocretin which may be due to an autoimmune disorder. Trauma, certain infections, toxins, or psychological stress may also play a role. Diagnosis is typically based on the symptoms and sleep studies, after ruling out other potential causes. Excessive daytime sleepiness can also be caused by other sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, major depressive disorder, anemia, heart failure, drinking alcohol, and not getting enough sleep. My suggestion is to see a psychiatrists.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

If she is not pregnant then meprate can be taken 10 mg tice a day for 5 days to get menses. But as it is just 10 days passed, you can wait for another 1 month to get menses on its own. Bleeding induced after meprate can be little more than normal menses.

Home Remedy- 1-Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day. 2-Make an ointment by mixing an equal amount of powdered long pepper and turmeric with milk (preferably cow’s milk). Apply this on the external piles. Treatment- 1-Take arshantak vati 1-1 twice a day with warm water. 2-take pranacharya pilescure capsule 1-1 twice a day. 3-Pranacharya abhayarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-apply pranacharya pilescure ointment on anal region. 5-if motions are not clear then take virechan churna 1 tsf in warm water before night. Diet-take fresh buttermilk early morning. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Take slitz bath. First time intercourse is alwyz painful. It will be alright as the time goes by. Sexual arousal is most important before doing sex. It relaxes the muscle and smoothen the path. Dear Sarwani, Memory and mind power depends mainly on three aspects. Understanding, storage and recollection. To understand what you are studying, you must be able to be attentive or concentrate. Concentration is possible when you are interested in that subject. Creative way of learning can help you concentrate and understand easily. When you are able to understand and concentrate, it is stored within your brain. If you read more and more it will be store in long term memory. Third part is retrieval. Whenever you want to retrive what you learned and stored, your brain gets the request, searches the database and retrieves the information for you. The retrieval may prove to be difficult if you are anxious, stressed, worried or tired physically or mentally. Retrieval is more easy when you are relaxed and healthy.
