hello sir take high protein and high calorie diet . take milk and milk protein . have small and frequent meals. take cold coffee, banana shake , milk with dates, egg , lean meat, sprouts. do stretching exercise alternate days.

Normal hemoglobin level for women is 12-14.5 gm/dl. So your hemoglobin level too low. Take iron rich foods like liver, red meat, oyester, shrimp, spinach, almond, lentil, fortified cereal. Take lots of citrus fruits. Take b-complex, folic acid rich foods like green leafy vegetables, sprout, liver, rice, dried beans, grain, peanut, banana, broccoli, fortified cereal. Take beetroot juice, apple. Along with these eat more food more often. Take plenty of protein foods. Use nutritional supplement. Use healthy fat like fish oil, olive oil, canola oil. Drink lots of water. Do regular exercise for better health. Quality sleep.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. With overall weight loss you can achieve loss of belly fat. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi, It would have been useful if you mentioned the reasons why Thyronorm was not suiting you? Further you did not mention the results of your thyroid function tests. I feel that based on your symptoms your Thyroid function tests may be abnormal. The symptoms that you are describing are of hypothyroidism, so looks like the dose of Thyronorm was not sufficient. Plan: Please get your TSH, fT3 and fT4 done. See an endocrinologist who can prescribe alternative brands of the thyroxine hormone drug. Thank you.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Snoring can be due to many causes and due to obstruction anywhere in the breathing passage. To determine site of obstruction you need sleep endoscopy. Also to determine the degree of harmful effect of breathing obstruction on your body you need to get polysomnography (sleep study).
