I doing yoga every day from last 2 weeks and lost 2. 5kgs but want to reduce more. My schedule is:@ 6: 30 am - warm water with lemon and cinnamon. Then,@ 7: 45 - 8: 30 am yoga, till 9: 30 am breakfast, 10: 40 - 11: 00 am some cucumber or green tea, 2: 30 pm lunch,@ 4: 30 pm green tea with snacks at night around 8: 30 - 9: 30 pm dinner. I have hypothyroid, height is 152 cm and weight 76 kgs. Is there anything else I need to do to reduce my weight upto 25 kgs. Please suggest

You are over weight by 24-26 kg. I must congratulate you for following a very healthy diet pattern & doing exercise as well. Continue doing good job. Your diet needs more refinement & timings also needs to be corrected. What meals you take in lunch & dinner.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs & hips - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Nightfall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. Hello dear High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

There was violet colour patches on my daughter's palm when she returned to home from school. In next day the colour intensity automatically reduced and in the next day is vanished. Hi, I would like to help your daughter, but tell me her age, since how long it's been there? any other associated complaints? any family history? her past history? has she got some tests done? share the reports and everything with me. Meantime, start giving her homoeopathic medicine which is safe to take - schwabe's phosphorus 200/ one dose once a week, five phos. And alfaalfa tonic - both thrice daily. Give these medicines for 20 days. Revert back.

Hi, according to your height your weight is too high. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging, skipping and cycling etc. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error for any change in no. 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Penis curved towards right or left or downward is always normal and this can be seen with majority of people. This mostly happen due to masturbation. People who use right hand for masturbation, their penis will be curved to the left and the opposite with left handlers. There are other reasons too. This phenomenon is quite normal and there is nothing to worry. In fact, curved penis will give you more pleasure when you engage in vaginal intercourse than straight penis simply because curvature provides more friction. Enjoy your curve. Participate in a balanced mix of cardip, weight training and flexibility exercises. You may take dietary supplement but balanced diet is must you must take protein, carbs and fats, nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key of muscles.

Hello lybrate-user. Normally ovulation occurs two weeks before next period. So 2 weeks before 24 is around 11 may. You can take help of ovulation kit. If two lines means positive. Then you should be alert for next 48 hrs.
