Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Yes you can go for a smile makeover. Cost can be discussed only after seeing your teeth. This will correct the problem in a small amount of time compared to braces.

Pain is due to hyperactivity of muscles of jaw. Please check from your family members whether you grind your teeth in night? you should visit dentists. Treatments would range from psychological counselling to oral appliance wearing to relieve muscles, exercise of jaws, joints and holding warm towel over muscles.
