I had affected jaundice. My bilirubin count is now 0.8. But sgot and sgpt is between 200- 300. So can I eat oily and spicy items now.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. A DIET CHART Timing Foods To Eat Calories Early Morning Lukewarm Water with Lemon 1 glass 0 Tea without Sugar + 2 Biscuits 90 Breakfast 2 Rotis + 1/2 cup Paneer Curry 330 OR Brown Bread Upma 1 plate + Milk 1 cup 300 Mid-Morning 1 Banana/1/2 cup Melon/20 Grapes 50 Lunch Brown Rice 1 cup (195 gm) + Mixed Vegetables 1/2 cup + Salad 1 bowl + Raita 1 small bowl 345 Evening Butter Milk 1 cup 35 Dinner 2 Rotis + Vegetable Soup 1 bowl + Salad 1 bowl 370

I am 36 year male I eat in afternoons that time is 2.38 pm than I just choke my blood sugar levels that time is 5.03 pm and leave is 114 is it normal? And I am not safer from blood sugar.

Normally fasting blood sugar is upto 100 mg - 118 mg. After food 126 to 140 mg% is generally ok. Regularly have blood sugar at early morning fasting, 2 hours after morning principal meal and just before dinner inform your doctor about these readings if they are too less or too high than range given above. Get average sugar levels estimated by hba1c once in 3-6 months which should be around 6.5 and less than 7 keep it at these levels.

Avoid protein diets,bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Bencid 500 mg once a day. tab. naproxen 500 mg sos for pain.

I feel burning after passing urine for some time. This is happening frequently .I have severe gastritis from one year nd not able take spicy r sour food. Taking very delicate food as digestion also very week .please suggest solution. 2.i have joined Vlcc for weight loss program. Though I am following diet restrictions specified by them nd with regular exercise, I am not able to lose weight. Want to know the reason. Thanks.

It could be related to underlying sleep apnea- it would give you morning headaches/ headaches upon awakening from naps- which go away by an hour or so. Some symptoms of Sleep Apnea would be snoring, multiple awakenings at night- often to use restroom, waking up groggy/ non refreshing sleep, daytime sleepiness with tendency to take naps. If you can identify with these symptoms- it would be important to get a sleep study as Sleep apnea can hurt your health in multiple ways, besides causing headaches. Best,
