A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (Sensodyne Tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better.

Prolonged working on laptop/tv/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop.

I am 44 year lady, my height is 5 feet 5 inches, having weight 85 kg, want to reduce atleast upto 70 kg, I can leave without food upto 7 p. M means only 1 furit & milk at 10 am and 1 roti sabji at 2 pm; but I am very much hungry after 7 pm so I have habit to eat after 7.30 pm without dinner I can't get slip, my dinner is also not to much heavey, 2 wati rice, dal, leafy vegetable & 2 chpatti I am vegeterian. Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Dear use home remedies. Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months

STRESS AND WORRY are major factors in causing hair fall. Unless it is answered, it is very difficult. In stead of bothering about hair fall, concentrate on what is required out of you at this age. You will excel there and your problem will stop by itself. Do not go for any anti anxiety drugs. Avoid all medicines and shampoos. General guidelines: Take utmost care to get good sleep; if stressed out knowingly or suffering unknowingly, seek help to address the issue. Total darkness in the bed room is very essential for good sleep. No night lamps even. When sleep is disturbed, hair fall starts. Don't go for any so called branded hair oil but use genuine, virgin coconut oil only. Avoid all shampoos. Apply virgin coconut oil freely, let it soak it for 20 minutes, Apply Shikakai or mild, very diluted shampoo lightly. Not more than once a week. Continue and wait for 3 months to see good results Food: Panneer, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish.

You should get a ct done to look for any underlying pathology like polyps, blocked sinus drainage pathway. You can use flomist nasal spray twice a day and steam inhalation. Review with report.

Usman u should start to take healthy diet nd light walk which will increase ur metabolism and will increase ur appetite..you can use small diet in small frequent interval..u should take high protein diet like whole egg..full cream milk...any fruit shake with milk and fruit. ..stuffed parantha like paneer or potato parantha with butter..vegetable with dry fruits,potato....jaggery...rice kheer..sprouted chana. *In sleeping time warm milk with honey.. *consume dry fruits..its best for weight gain.. *avoid junk food.. *you should take proper sound sleep.

The levels of t3 t4 and tsh should be worked up. A thyroid scan may be necessary to assess levels of thyroid functioning. After this a decision can be taken whether to withold your thyronorm pending a follow up or not. As far as vit d levels are concerned they can be continued based on their levels in the blood.

Hi please get your serum calcium and vitamin D3 levels done by blood tests. Do hot fomentation, and take adequate rest fir 3 days. Take pain meds also for 3 days. Do back muscles strengthening exercises under a physiotherapist show your blood reports to an orthopedic surgeon who may do further evaluation and management take protein rich nutrition's.Avoid lifting weights best wishes.

Antifungal won' t help in that case. Get medical check up to diagnose the disease first and then try drugs.
