As you mentioned that you are eating tobacco products you would required cleaning of teeth i. E. Scalling. But it would again stain your teeth if you use tobacco products after cleaning.

Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. Normally pain is due to decay or abrasion of teeth leading to exposure of nerve endings. Rct n cap will solve your problem. Other causes can be teeth sensitivity. Start using desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne twice daily for brushing. Apply it with finger on teeth n leave for 2 minutes then brush normally. The result will be seen within a month.

Hello Cost depends upon doctors and materials used. Your teeth will be aligned properly, face will appear better after treatment is the benefit. This will take time and money, visit to dental clinic and for sometime it will take time to adjust are cons. But in the end your teeth will be fine and your face will appear better when you will smile.

There are several ways to replace missing tooth 1.Implants are a good option if you have lost a tooth or teeth to an injury, periodontal disease, or other reasons. A dental implant is a titanium post (acting as a tooth root) that supports a crown. It is surgically inserted into the jawbone where it will then fuse (or osseointegrate) into the jawbone to ensure that it is anchored in position. After the osseointegration process is finished (usually 3-6 months), an abutment is attached to the post frame. It protrudes above the gum line to provide the area where the dental crown is cemented or screwed into. 2.Dental bridges are used to bridge the gap between one or more missing teeth. The bridge is supported by the natural teeth or implants on either side. It is made up of two or more crowns for the teeth on each part of the gap.

Sir, myself 28 years old use to have gutka in high number and don't know something has stuck in my mouth from 5 days and I am not able to remove it I have consulted ent doctor but he is telling that he can't see any thing in my mouth and cover give me some medicine of vitamins. It seems that gutkha is forcefully embedded into the deeper areas of your gums or there may be some hidden cavities in between teeth. Visit a dentist for cleaning and finding the real cause. He/ she will also access the present condition of damage caused by frequent gutkha chewing (Oral submucous fibrosis). Quit chewing gutkha now else your oral and general health problem will be magnified.

U may take a cap of bnc once daily, take tab bifilac twice daily n suck on it, local application of metroggyl get ointment, a banana can b added to your diet, take two table spoons of isabagol husk at night, tensions hurry worry may increase occupancy of ulcers, young girls, may have ulcers during periods, early pregnancy.

Hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. Then get a crown placed over it. If there is no infection then you can also go for veneers. The cost can rage from Rs. 2000-10,000/- depending on the case, the dentist and location of the clinic.

If the cavity at an initial stage, it is the best time to get it filled. The pain will start when the decay will reach near the nerve endings. Than you will have to go for root canal treatment. So better get it done.
